• in cricket team spirit has always produced positive result. And the most important thing in team spirit is personality of Captain. We see that a team always give good output when Captain of the team is respected by the whole team. Examples:: Lloyd, Brairley, Chappel, Richards, Imran. On the other hand many teams had not been too good despite of having too many Super Stars, because there were more than one captains(some other guys considered themselves as captain) For example: Kim Hughes, Botham, Asif Iqbal,
