Why Reliance in Retail?

Currently, selling through company-owned stores currently totals just $8billion in India. Industry estimates say

that the country’s retail industry isworth $300 billion, that is about Rs13,50,000 crore . This stands achance to blossom to $427 billion inthe next four years. Organised retailaccounts for just over Rs 35,000crore.
