Work I was assigned:-

In the company I was playing the role HUMAN RELATIONSHIP MANAGER(H.R.M),Under my trainee MR.GOURI SHANKAR. I was allotted some branches of ANDHRA BANK’S where I have to interact with customers and make convince about the Products get application from them and take cheque and submit in the office. day 1 I had done some training program to the staffAbout the products and explained the benefits of the product and benefits to the staffAnd the branch if they sell the products to their customers. FINDINGS AND SUGGESTIONS

The most vital problem spotted is of ignorance. Investors should be made aware of the benefits. Nobody will invest until and unless he is fully convinced.

Young investors as well as the persons at the height of the career would like to go for advisors due to lack of expertise and time.

Now the most important reason for not availing the services of advisors was spotted was being expensive. The advisors should try to charge a nominal fee at the beginning. But if not possible then they could go offering for more services and benefits at the existing rate.

Conclusion:-

1. The study on the project of reliance mutual fund is to give the overall process information that from the beginning to the end & with the latest plans and procedure

2. The reliance mutual fund with its various scopes of specialization attracts the investors in gaining there interest via offers/schemes ; and hence presently through gold savings fund the SIP for the first time in gold with amount of 1000 p.m

3. The transaction processing for this NFO is with open end scheme. Where the process flow again starts with the front office and back office .the operation department plays a vital role in processing the transactions with various options in it for any of the schemes .
