Payment not to exceed the amount of $74,321.00 is authorized to TexasDepartment of Transportation and should be encumbered with a purchase order.SECTION 9. Funding in the amount of $15,000.00 is available in Fund 45099000, ProjectDefinition 40-00013 and payment not to exceed $15,000.00 is authorized to be encumbered andmade payable ror fabrication and installation services.SECTION 10. The financial allocations in this Ordinance are subject to approval by the ChiefFinancial Officer (CFO). City of San Antonio. The CFO may, subject to concurrence by the CityManager or the City Manager's designee, correct allocations to specific Cost Centers, W BSElements, Internal Orders, General Ledger Accounts, and Fund Numbers as necessary to carryout the purpose of this Ordinance.SECTION 11. This Ordinance becomes effective immediately upon receipt of eight affirmativevotes otherwise it becomes affective on the 29 th of May, 2011.PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of May, 2011 .
