INTRODUCTION

The following is a list of funding methods used by numerous Renatus customers. It is the responsibility of the cus-tomer to research and determine the best option for their own purchase before making a decision. Renatus is not a finance company and does not offer legal, tax, or financial counsel or services.

CASH/CREDIT

The most obvious and simple way to purchase our educational services is by utilizing cash or credit to which you already have access. One major bonus of this option is that you can take advantage of our “Cash Discount”.

If you choose to pay with cash or personal credit, then you can save between $503 to $5,006 depending upon the package you purchase. For example, the cash discount on the Xtream Plus Combo is over $5,000! If this is not an option for you at this time, please feel free to investigate some other funding options listed below. This is not an exhaustive list and you may have other options available to you. Renatus recommends doing extensive research prior to making any financial decision.

FUNDING ASSESSMENT

Customers have had great experiences with GetFundedOnline.com, without negatively impacting their credit. Get-FundedOnline.com was added to the Renatus services list as a preferred service provider. GetFundedOnline.com helps people understand what funding options might be available to them. They conduct a personal funding assess-ment, then review with you several funding options from a variety of sources. This funding assessment is completely free. You will only pay a fee if you choose to utilize specific funding sources identified in your assessment. Renatus, LLC is not compensated by GetFundedOnline.com in any way. Many Renatus customers have had great experiences with GetFundedOnline.com and it may be a resource you haven’t heard of before. You can check out GetfundedOnline.com by visiting their website.

RETIREMENT FUNDS

Another way customers have funded their purchase is by utilizing their personal retirement accounts. Many have an IRA, 401K, or some other type of retirement account and are not fully aware of how those accounts can be used to make your purchase. These plans often allow you to utilize a loan, a roll-over, an early distribution, or possibly some other method to access your money. These options will be described to you in your Summary Plan Description. That document is provided by your plan administrator and will inform you of your options, as well as any fees, limits, and terms. If you have additional questions about how your plan works, you will need to contact your plan administrator.

HELOC

Other customers have used a Home Equity Line Of Credit (HELOC) to fund their purchase. A HELOC is offered by many financial institutions and utilizes the equity one holds in their home as collateral for the credit line. If someone has a sufficient amount of equity in their home, they may choose to speak to a loan officer about this type of funding. As always, make sure you are fully aware of the property requirements, credit requirements, terms, costs, and fees that may be charged to you. If you have further questions, contact a loan officer at your preferred banking institution.

PRIVATE FUNDING

An often-overlooked strategy for funding your purchase is to look for private funding agreements. This is sometimes called an “Angel Investor.” Purchasers are often surprised to find out how many family or community members might be willing to support them. Funding may come in the form of a gift or a loan and it is important to be clear and concise on what both parties agree upon. Whatever you decide, Renatus recommends you always seek professional legal and tax counsel in the preparation and use of contracts that protect all parties involved.

LIFE INSURANCE

Customers can also fund their purchase by utilizing the loan provision or cash value held in their life insurance pol-icies. Many people may not be fully aware of how those policies can be used to gain access to the funds needed to make your purchase. Most “Universal Life” and “Permanent Life” insurance policies will allow you to utilize a loan provision or to seek early release of cash value in order to access your money. These options will be described to you in your policy terms. This document is provided by your insurance provider and will inform you of your options, as well as any fees, limits, and terms of usage. Please contact your insurance agent if you have additional questions about how your plan works.

IN-HOUSE BILLING

Another funding option is to utilize the Renatus, LLC In-House billing. This option allows customers to place a down payment against an education services purchase and then extend the payment of the balance of their purchase over a period of time, based upon the package they choose to purchase. This option is helpful for those that have not found another way to fund their purchase. The biggest disadvantage to this funding option is that the cash discount does not apply. You will also need to fill out a Billing Application, enter into a Billing Agreement, and make a down payment. However, some have found this to be their only option in moving forward with their purchase. As with any funding option, we suggest that you learn about the In-House Billing option by reading the Billing Disclosures, Billing Agreement & Disclosure Statements. Then, ask any questions before you sign. If you pay the remaining balance on your purchase within 21 days of completing your order, the cash discount will be applied to your account.

Whenever signing a legal agreement, it is recommended you have a professional with a license review it for you. Our goal is to provide real information that can be applied in real life, so our purchasers can succeed and that starts with making informed decisions.

How can I become an “IMA”?

To Become an Independent Marketing Affiliate (IMA) requires you to:• Fill out the IMA Agreement.• Agree to comply with the IMA Guide and all applicable laws.• Pay annual fee, which covers the cost of access to the business center.• Be responsible for your own business, set your own schedule, and choose how and when to work.

What should I know about IMA earnings?

• No purchase of Renatus services is required.• There are no promises or guarantees that you will earn money. This 2018 Statement of Average Gross

Earnings is not an actual projection of what you will make. Success with Renatus, LLC resultsonly from cash-collected sales, which requires significant time, hard work, commitment, discipline,knowledge and relationship skills.

• IMAs often start their marketing business by working part-time and selling to people they knowor people they meet to supplement their existing income.

How much can I make in a typical month?

Many IMAs do not put in the significant time, hard work, commitment, discipline, knowledge and relationship skills necessary to create sales earning payments. As a result, in 2018, 83% of IMAs did not receive earnings from Renatus, LLC. The remaining 17% of IMAs were paid for their sales of Renatus, LLC services and on the sales of those they enrolled after filling their qual-ification buckets. Here is what they earned in a typical month, from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, before expenses:+FIRST YEAR AFFILIATES (406) • (406) $470/mo.($5,643/year)• Top 10% (41) earned an

How can I make money as an IMA?

You can make money based upon your cash-collected sales of the three packages of education services offered by Renatus, LLC and for cash-collected sales made by people you enrolled after filling your qualification buckets. Initially, you will be an IMA who will earn while you learn to sell the services.• Prior to 1* qualification, you can earn $125-$500 per cash-collected sale.• After you have qualified as a 1*, you can earn $100-$1000 per cash-collected sale.

• 56% of 1st year IMAs that were paid earnings became 1* Qualified in 2018. (227)• After you have qualified as a 5*, you can make 50% per cash-collected sale you make.

• 28% of 1st year IMAs that were paid earnings became 5* qualified in 2018. (113)

What if it doesn’t work for me?

• You can withdraw as an IMA at any time and receive a full refund of the annual IMA fee ifyou received no payments from Renatus, LLC, and if you request a refund in writing, within90 days, to [email protected].

• Purchase of services is not required to be an IMA, are non-resalable and non-transferable; therefore,education services are NOT refundable after the 7 day rescission period. Access to your educationservices purchases will remain available even if you choose to withdraw as an IMA.

+The amounts represent the gross payments to IMAs by Renatus, LLC, so they do not consider expensesincurred by IMAs in the running of their business. Cash-collected Sales means you receive payments as Renatus, LLC receives payment from customers.

Renatus, LLC offers a 90 Day cancellation or refund policy of the $197 Annual Fee, which provides access to the business center to assist with your independent marketing. Congratulations!

If you’re reading this document, either you have already joined Renatus as an Independent Marketing Affiliate (“IMA”) or you are about to join. We know that sounds a bit presumptuous, but when you have a company and educational services like we have created at Renatus, LLC™ (hereinafter Renatus), our proven track record allows us to be a little presumptuous. The design of our earnings plan is further evidence of our commitment to provide one of the best IMA opportunities in the country and helps us attract the very best people to our company.

We have learned three simple and powerful lessons as we have become a leader in the industry. First, show people how to market our services and share our story. Second, provide them with the tools necessary to be successful. Third, “the best way to motivate is to compensate.” The Renatus Earnings Plan rewards motivated individuals whose marketing efforts result in sales of our services. Our IMAs earn money on services that retail from $2,497 to $24,994. Renatus pays IMAs up to 50% earnings for completed purchases made by retail customers. Just imagine the excite-ment of earning between $1,000 and $9,000 on a single sale, once you’re qualified.

Only contracted IMAs are permitted to market Renatus products. To apply to become a new IMA, interested individ-uals must complete an Independent Marketing Affiliate Agreement and submit it online with an annual $197 admin-istrative fee to Renatus, LLC. This fee is the only fee required by the Company to sell Renatus services. No purchase of our educational services is required to be an IMA and the $197 annual fee assists with the cost of providing the online business center, called HELIOS, and our corporate-approved marketing materials.

Once the applicant has completed the IMA Assessment, she/he may begin selling services by following their assigned 1* or 5* Independent Marketing Affiliate. While doing so, the new IMA can earn while they learn to market and work toward becoming 1* qualified for Essentials and/or 5* qualified for AIT.

New IMAs often ask how long it will take and how much money they could earn. For your convenience, there is a one-page summary that you should have received prior to becoming an IMA called The Renatus, LLC, Earnings State-ment. This one-page earnings disclosure provides more detailed information about how you can earn money, how to increase your earnings by fulfilling the requirements for 1* and 5* qualification, the impact of a customer’s use of in-house billing, other money earning opportunities, how and when you will be paid, etc.

1* Qualification for Essentials To become 1* qualified requires three successfully completed sales of the Essentials Package. New IMAs do not need to purchase services from the Company to become an IMA. If a new IMA purchases an Essentials package, then their purchase will count as one of their three required sales, so that only two more Essentials sales are required to com-plete 1* Qualification.

1* QUALIFICATION WITH NO EDUCATION PURCHASE. If you do not purchase any education package, you can still market the Renatus Education Services and earn while learning how to market from your assigned 1* or 5* IMA(s). You will earn $125 for each Essential package you sell until you have sold three Essentials packages. The assigned 1* or 5* IMA(s) will earn on the sale and if the customer enrolls as a new IMA they will become a sub-affiliate of the assigned 1* or 5* IMA(s). After selling three Essential packages, you will be qualified as a 1* IMA. Once 1* qualified, you: (1) will earn $1000 on Essentials package sales, and (2) can enroll new IMAs as sub-affiliates under you to earn $100 overrides on their sales of Essentials packages limited to three levels, and (3) receive earnings payments on qualifying sub-affiliate’s sales and (4) have new IMA enrollments of qualifying IMAs become your sub-affiliates.

Example #1: No Education Purchased5* IMA, Sally introduced Amanda to Renatus education services and marketing. Amanda chose to become an IMA and paid the required IMA fee. Amanda chose not to purchase an education package. To qualify as a 1* IMA, Amanda must sell three Essentials packages.

• First sale: Amanda followed her 5* IMA, Sally, to learn marketing and sold an Essentials package to Molly, which generates $1,000 in earnings. Amanda was paid $125, and Sally was paid $875. Molly is Sally’s customer and will be paid on her future purchases.

• Second sale: Amanda continued following Sally to learn marketing and sold an Advanced Combo package to Paul, which generated $4,000 in earnings. Amanda received $125 on the sale of an Essentials package part of the Advanced Combo. Sally was paid $3,875. Paul is Sally’s customer and she will be paid on Paul’s future purchases. See footnote 1.

• Third sale: Amanda continued following Sally to learn marketing and sold an Xtream Plus Combo package to Polly, which generates $10,000 in earnings. Amanda was paid $125, and Sally was paid $9,875. Polly is Sally’s cus-tomer and she will be paid on Polly’s future purchases. Polly also chose to become an IMA and paid the required IMA fee. Polly’s assigned 5* is Sally, so she will follow Sally to learn marketing. See fn. 1. Amanda will also become 1* qualified.

• Fourth sale: Amanda sold an Essentials package to Gus. Since she was 1* qualified on Essentials, Amanda was paid $1,000 on the Essentials sale. Sally was paid $100 override on the sale. Gus also chose to become an IMA and paid the required IMA fee. Gus’ assigned 1* IMA is Amanda, his assigned 5* IMA is Sally, and he becomes a sub-affiliate of Amanda and Sally.

• Fifth sale: Gus purchased an Xtream Plus. Since Amanda was not 5* qualified by selling AIT packages, the $9,000 for the sale was paid to Sally. Note: If Amanda chose to purchase an AIT package prior to Gus’ purchase, then both Amanda’s purchase and this sale would fill Amanda’s “AIT Bucket” and be applied to directly reduce her AIT qualification.

PURCHASED EDUCATION. If you purchase an Essentials education package, then your purchase will count as your first sale with no earnings, and then on your 2nd and 3rd Essential package sales you will earn $500 per sale while learning how to market from your assigned 1* or 5* IMA. The assigned 1* or 5* IMA will earn on those sales and if the customer enrolls as a new IMA they will be a sub-affiliate of the assigned 1* or 5* IMA depending on their purchase. After purchasing your own and selling two Essential packages you will be qualified as a 1* IMA. Once 1* qualified, you: (1) will earn $1,000 on Essentials package sales, and (2) can enroll new IMAs as sub-affiliates and earn $100 overrides on their sales of Essentials packages limited to three levels and (3) receive earnings payments on from qualifying sub-affiliate’s sales and (4) have IMA enrollments of qualifying IMAs become your sub-affiliates.

Example #2: Education Purchased5* IMA, Matt introduced Tom to Renatus education services and marketing. Tom purchased an Essentials package. He also chose to become an IMA and paid the required IMA fee. To qualify as a 1* IMA, Tom must sell two additional Essentials packages.

• First sale: Tom’s Essentials package purchase counted as his first qualifying sale because Matt showed him how orders are put through the system, how the both the Renatus Education Services and IMA Marketing Services function.

• Second sale: Tom followed Matt to learn marketing and then sold an Advanced Combo package to Melissa, which generated $4,000 in earnings. Tom was paid $500 on the Essentials sale, and Matt was paid $3,500. Melissa is Matt’s customer and he will be paid on Melissa’s future purchases. See fn. 1.

• Third sale: Tom continued following Matt to learn marketing and then sold an Xtream Plus Combo package to Bridget, which generated $10,000 in earnings. Tom was paid $500, and Matt was paid $9,500. Bridget is Matt’s customer and he will be paid on Bridget’s future purchases. Bridget also chose to become an IMA and paid the required IMA fee. Bridget’s assigned 5* was Matt, so followed Matt to learn marketing. See fn. 1. Since this was Tom’s third Essentials package sale, Tom also become 1* qualified.

• Fourth sale: Tom sold an Essentials package to Karen. Since Tom was 1* qualified on Essentials, he was paid $1,000 on the Essentials sale to Karen. Matt was paid $100 override on the sale. Karen also chose to become an IMA and paid the required IMA fee. Karen’s assigned 1* IMA was Tom and 5* IMA was Matt.

5* Qualification for AITTo become a 5* qualified IMA requires successful completion of AIT package sales with earnings in the amount of $45,000, which are made while following your assigned 5* IMA. You can reduce the required 58 qualified earnings amount to $27,000, purchase before selling an AIT package, then the qualification amount is reduced and becomes $27,000.

Upon completion of each AIT sale or purchase, the new IMAs balance to qualify will be reduced by the dollar amount of earnings generated by the sale or purchase. ALL services sold to a customer by a new IMA will reduce the qualification amount by the total earnings dollar amount generated by the sale. During the qualification process, any customer who is sold AIT services by a new IMA will become customers of the IMA’s assigned 5* IMA. In the case where the earnings amount generated from single or upgrade sales to a customer is greater than the new IMAs qualification balance, the earnings are paid toward the qualification balance until it is zero and the remaining amount is paid to the new IMA.

NO EDUCATION PURCHASE. If you do not purchase an AIT package before selling an AIT package, then you can earn while learning how to market from your 5* IMA until you have successfully completed AIT packages sales with earn-ings in the amount of $45,000.

Example #3: No AIT Package Purchased 5* IMA, Jon introduced Jane to Renatus education services and marketing. Jane purchased an Essentials package. Jane did not purchase an AIT education package. Jane chose to become an IMA and paid the required IMA fee. Therefore, to become qualified as a 5* IMA, Jane must have $45,000 in earnings from successfully completed AIT package sales.

• First sale: Jane followed her 5* IMA, Jon, to learn marketing and they sold an Advanced Combo package to Mitch, which generated $4,000 in earnings. Jane was paid $500 on the Essentials, and Jon was paid $3,500. Jane re-ceived $3,500 reduction on her 5* qualification amount of $45,000, so it is $41,500. This also counted as Jane’s second Essentials package sale for 1* qualification. Mitch is Jon’s customer and he will be paid on his future purchases. See fn. 1.

• Second sale: Jane continued following Jon to learn marketing and they sold an Xtream Plus Combo package to Ron, which generated $10,000 in earnings. Jane was paid $500 on the Essentials sale, and Jon was paid $9,500. Jane received $9,500 reduction on 5* qualification amount, so it was reduced from $41,500 to $32,000. Since this was Jane’s Second Essentials package sale (but her 3rd Essentials 1* qualification credit due to her own Essentials purchase), Jane is now 1* qualified.

• Third sale: Jane continued following Jon to learn marketing and they sold Sue an Advanced package, which gen-erates $3,000 in earnings. Jane was not paid on the sale because there was no Essentials package purchased. Jon was paid $3,000. Jane will receive $3,000 reduction toward her 5* qualification amount, so it will be reduced from $32,000 to $29,000. Sue is Jon’s customer and he will be paid on Sue’s future purchases. See fn. 1.

• Fourth sale: Jane continued to learn marketing from Jon and they sold Scott an Xtream Plus Combo package, which generated $10,000 in earnings. Since Jane was 1* qualified, she was paid $1,000 on the Essentials package, and Jon was paid $9,000 on the AIT portion and a $100 override on the Essentials sale. Jane received a $9,000 reduction on her 5* qualification amount, so, only $20,000 remained for Jane to become 5* qualified. Scott also chose to become an IMA and paid the required IMA fee. Scott’s assigned 1* IMA is Jane, and assigned 5* IMA is Jon.

• Fifth sale: Jane continued to market following Jon and they sell Lisa an Xtream Plus Combo package, which generated $10,000 in earnings. Since Jane was 1* qualified on Essentials, she was paid $1,000, and Jon was paid $9,000 and a $100 override. Jane received a $9,000 reduction on her qualification amount, so $11,000 remained to become 5*qualified. Lisa also chose to become an IMA and paid the required IMA fee. Lisa’s assigned 1*IMA Affiliate is Jane, and 5* IMA Affiliate is Jon.

• Sixth sale: Jane continued to learn from Jon and they sold Don an Essentials package, which generated $1,000 in earnings. Jane was paid $1,000, and Jon was paid $100 override. Jane did not receive a reduction on her AIT 5* qualification amount because this was an Essentials sale. Don’s assigned 1*IMA Affiliate is Jane, and 5* IMA Affiliate is Jon.

• Seventh sale: Jane continued marketing with Jon and they sold Maddy an Advanced package, which generated $3,000 in earnings. Jane was not paid on the sale because there was no Essentials package purchased. Jon was paid $3,000. Jane received a $3,000 reduction on her 5* qualification amount, so that only $8,000 in AIT earn-ings remained to qualify Jane as a 5* IMA. Maddy is Jon’s customer so he will be paid on her future purchases. See fn. 1

• Eighth sale: Jon continued to show Jane how to market and they sold James an Xtream Plus Combo Package, which generated $10,000 in earnings. Jane received a $9,000 reduction on her 5* qualification amount, which exceeded her remaining earnings amount of $8,000. Jane received an $8,000 reduction on her 5* qualification amount, so that it was zero balance in her bucket and she is qualified as a 5* IMA. Jane was paid $1,000 on the Essentials, and $1,000 on the AIT sale. Jon was paid $8,000 on the AIT sale and $100 override on the Essentials sale. James’ assigned 1*IMA Affiliate is Jane, and 5* IMA Affiliate is Jon.

• Ninth sale: Jane marketed and sold to Richard an Xtream Plus Combo package, which generated $10,000 in earnings. Since Jane was 1* and 5* qualified, she was paid $10,000 ($1,000 for the Essentials Sale and $9,000 for the Xtream Plus Sale). Jon was paid a $1,000 override ($100 for the Essentials Sale and $900 for the Xtream Plus Sale). Richard is Jane’s customer. See fn. 1. Richard chose to be an IMA and paid the fee. Jane is Richard’s 1* and 5* IMA Affiliate, so he follows her to learn how to market.

AIT PURCHASE. Although an education services purchase is NOT required, if you purchase any AIT package, prior to selling any AIT packages the 5* qualification amount is reduced to $27,000. To receive this reduction, the new IMA must purchase an AIT package before they make an AIT qualifying sale; otherwise, the 5* qualification amount re-mains $45,000. Eligible packages include any AIT education service package offered by Renatus and described in the table above. Once the new IMA 5* qualification balance is established, it cannot be recalculated for any reason other than earnings generated. Purchasing an AIT package after making any AIT qualifying sale will NOT reduce the 5* qual-ification amount from $45,000.

The fastest way for a new IMA to become 1* and 5* qualified is for a new IMA to buy one Xtream Plus combo package and sell two additional Xtream Plus combo packages. A simultaneous purchase of the Essentials When a new IMA purchases an Xtream Plus Combo and subsequently sells two additional Xtream Plus Combo packages the compa-ny will qualify them as both 1* and 5* IMAs. This allows the qualifying IMA to retain more customers and earn more income from their initial sales.

Example #4: AIT Purchase Prior to Sale. 5* IMA, Scott introduced Michael to Renatus education services and marketing. Michael purchased an Xtream Plus Combo package. Michael also chose to become an IMA and paid the required IMA fee. Michael received a reduction of $18,000 toward his required 5* qualifying earnings (Bucket Reduction) for his AIT purchase. To become a 5* qualified IMA, Michael now must generate $27,000 in earnings from successfully completed AIT package sales. Michael received an additional $9,000 reduction for his personal AIT purchase, further reducing his required 5* earning by $9,000. Now Michael has only an $18,000 balance remaining toward his 5* AIT Qualification before he has made any qualifying sales.

• First sale: Michael followed Scott to learn marketing and they sold an Advanced Combo package to Nate, which generated $4,000 in earnings. Michael was paid $500 on the Essentials sale, and Scott was paid $3,000 on the AIT purchase and $500 on the Essentials sale. Michael received $3,000 reduction toward his $18,000 5* IMA qualification amount, so it is now $15,000. This sale also counted as Michael’s second qualifying Essentials pack-age sale toward his 1* qualification as his own Xtream Combo included his Essentials purchase as his first 1* sale and this was the second 1* qualifying sale. Scott is Nate’s 1* and 5* IMA. Nate is Scott’s customer and Scott will be paid on Nate’s future sales and purchases. See fn. 1.

• Second sale: Michael continued following Scott to learn marketing and they sold an Xtream Plus Combo package to Gary, which generated $10,000 in earnings. Michael was paid $500 on the Essentials sale, and Scott was paid $500 on the Essentials sale. Since this was Michael’s 3rd Essentials sale he is now 1* qualified. Michael also received a $9,000 reduction on his 5* qualification amount, so his bucket reduced from $15,000 to $6,000. Gary is Scott’s customer and he will be paid on Gary’s future sales, and Scott is Gary’s 1* and 5* IMA. See fn. 1.

• Third sale: Michael continued following Scott to learn marketing and they sold Hugh an Advanced package, which generated $3,000 in earnings. Michael was not paid on the sale because there was no Essentials package pur-chased. Scott was paid $3,000. Michael received $3,000 reduction on his 5*qualification amount, so the balance was reduced from $6,000 to $3,000. Hugh has no1* IMA affiliate because he did not purchase Essentials. Scott is Hugh’s 5* IMA. Hugh will be Scott’s customer and he will be paid on Hugh’s future sales and purchases, includ-ing if Hugh purchases an Essentials package. See fn. 1.

• Fourth sale: Michael continued following Scott to learn marketing and they sold Jean an Xtream Plus Combo package, which generated $10,000 in earnings. Jean chose to be an IMA and paid the fee. Michael is 1* qualified and was paid $1,000 on the Essentials sale. Scott received $3,000 from the AIT sale as the remaining balance in Michael’s 5* qualifying sales bucket and a $100 override from the Essentials sale. Michael is now 5* qualified and is paid the remaining $6,000 in earnings from the AIT sale to Jean. Michael will be Jean’s 1* IMA and Scott will be her 5* IMA. Jean will be Michael’s Essential customer and Michael will be paid on Jean’s future Essential sales. Jean will be Scott’s AIT customer and Scott will be paid on Jean’s future AIT sales. See fn. 1.

• Fifth sale: Michael marketed and sold to Chuck an Xtream Plus Combo package, which generated $10,000 in earnings. Since Michael was both 1* and 5* qualified, he was paid $10,000 from the Essentials and AIT sales. Scott was paid $1,000 in overrides from this sale, $100 for Essentials and $900 for AIT. Chuck is Michael’s cus-tomer. See fn. 1. Chuck chose to be an IMA and paid the fee. Michael is Chuck’s 1* and 5* IMA, so Chuck will follow Michael to learn how to market.

In-House BillingIf a customer elects to use Renatus in-house billing to purchase educational services, the IMA is entitled to earnings from the sale will be paid as the Company receives payments from the customer. If the customer does not pay the Company, then the IMA will not be paid either. Earnings paid on purchases that utilize in-house billing will be paid ac-cording to the standard earnings rate described in this document on a pro rated basis equal to the amount collected with each monthly installment payment.

The customer’s use of in-house billing does not negatively impact the 1* and 5* qualification process for the IMA. In other words, any educational services package that is paid for using cash, cash equivalent, credit card or in-house billing, the reduction to the IMA’s 1* and 5* qualification amounts is the same. For example, as soon as three Essen-tials sales are complete, the new IMA will become a 1* qualified, regardless of how the customer paid. The same is true of 5* AIT qualification. As soon as the new qualifying IMA has met the required of amount of AIT sales earnings they will be 5* qualified. For additional details on in-house billing, please refer to the most recently published Rena-tus In-House Billing Application & Disclosures, and Renatus In-House Billing Agreement.

In-house billing applicants are required to remit a minimum down payment for the packages they purchase as set forth in the current Renatus In-House Billing Agreement. Standard earnings are paid on all down payments on the nearest Tuesday or Friday following the 7-day right of rescission period and the standard Renatus 5-day hold for check clearing, if the IMA account is set up for direct deposit, or on the closest check-cut day if the IMA has opted out of ACH transfers.

Example #5: Down payment amounts with In-house billing purchases.5* IMA, Michael introduced Scott to Renatus. Scott purchased an Xtream Plus Combo through in-house billing. Scott also chose to become an IMA and paid the $197 fee. Scott was required to put down $3,997, and the remaining balance of $20,997 was billed for 48 months at $438/month. Michael will be paid $2,000 by direct deposit on the nearest Tuesday or Friday following the 7-day right of rescission period and 5-day hold. Thereafter, when Scott makes payments to Renatus, Michael’s pro-rated portion of the payment will be paid to him.

Example #6: Reduction in qualification amounts with In-house billing purchases Barbara was a 1* qualified IMA and had a $2,000 balance remaining in her 5* IMA qualification bucket. Barbara shared Renatus with Frank and Frank elected to purchase an Xtream Combo by putting $7,994 down and using Rena-tus In-house Billing for the balance and thus generated a sale with an earnings payment of $4,000. Barbara received $200 in earnings from the Essentials sale and monthly prorated earnings payments on the $800 balance of the Essentials purchase over the next 48 months because she was 1* qualified. Barbara’s mentor, Alice, received $2,000 from the AIT purchase and Barbara’s 5* qualifications earnings were complete. Barbara became 5* qualified and also received a $1,000 earning payment from the AIT purchase and would receive the remaining $6,000 earnings balance of the AIT purchase over the next 48 months on a monthly pro-rated basis.

In the event that a qualifying sale for an IMA defaults on their In-House billing account balance or a UGA loan balance, a balance owed to the IMA’s original assigned 1* and/or 5* IMA will be established equal to the amount of non-paid out earnings owed to the original IMA on the defaulted sale. Any new income earned by the recently qualified IMA will be forfeited to their assigned 1* and/or 5* IMA until the established earnings balance owed is satisfied. This ensures that the original assigned 1* and/or 5* IMAs will receive their qualification earnings in full regardless of instances of default on In-House Billing accounts and UGA accounts.

Sub-affiliate Override EarningsIn addition to receiving earnings payments from personal sales and or 1* and 5* IMA qualifying sales, the Renatus Earnings Plan pays override earning on sales generated by sub-affiliates up-to to three levels below the original IMA. An additional 15% above the original earnings payments from the sale of educational service packages is set aside to pay an override earnings to the original IMA. These earnings are paid to the IMA for the management, organization, and continued enrollment of sub-affiliates into their organization. These override earnings are paid through three levels of qualified IMAs at 5% per level on qualified earnings. The override earnings schedule is as follows for each qualified level:

The amount of earnings you receive for building and growing a successful team can be substantial. Imagine the rewards you can receive for assisting others to achieve success. As you can see, the Renatus Earnings Plan rewards IMAs for personal production, working with new IMAs, for growing and building a team. There are no overrides paid on earnings generated through the sale of Renatus IOS subscriptions or products and services.

Leadership Bonus Pool EarningsEarnings from our leadership bonus pool. An additional source of income is available for a select number of IMAs who show exceptional team building and leadership skills. These individuals are those who are named to the President’s Advisory Council (PAC) and continue to meet specific personal production and team development requirements. These IMAs will enjoy a share of a national bonus pool which is 5% of the qualified monthly sales. The President’s Advisory Council is comprised of top income earners selected by our Renatus founder. Emeritus PAC members are former members of the President’s Advisory Council that are no longer serving in that capacity. Emeritus Pac mem-bers do not share in the National Bonus Pool. The national bonus pool earnings schedule is as follows:

The Renatus national bonus pool grows in proportion to the number of total sales that occur for the company on a monthly basis. PAC Members who share in the national bonus pool will receive a pro-rated share of the bonus pool based on the size of their team, the amount of travel they are engaged in to manage their organization, the total earnings generated from personal and qualifying sales, the number of offices they have in operation, and other fac-tors as determined by the President of the Company.

Based on this example, if a Renatus PAC member qualifies for a 10% share of the national bonus pool they will receive a bonus in that month of $17,000. These earnings are in addition to the other earnings generated from their regular sales and business activities.

Earnings Plan Summary.Independent affiliate marketing is successful as the individual IMA is able to market, complete sales and earn in-come. The Renatus Earnings Plan rewards those who strive for excellence, make personal sales, build sales teams and achieve leadership positions on the President’s Advisory Council (“PAC”). Members of the PAC are independent contractors, like all other IMAs, who simply provide additional services to the Company. Becoming a member of the PAC and sharing in the national bonus pool is another way to earn from Renatus, LLC based upon additional and separate services. Renatus feels that the best way to motivate individuals is to compensate them well for the results

they create. This is reason we have chosen this earnings structure. It creates a powerful system of motivation for the experienced, novice and up-and-coming marketer, and encourages many to join with Renatus and sell our education-al service packages.

Roll-ups from Non-Qualified IMAsDuring the 1* and 5* qualification process it is possible for new IMA sign-ups to “roll-up” to the assigned 1* or 5* qualified IMA for the affiliate enrolling the new IMA. These new IMAs are placed directly under the assigned 1* or 5* affiliate. The assigned 1* and/or 5* affiliate will be paid on the future purchases and earnings of the new IMA. Prior to qualification, all enrollments made by a new IMA will “roll-up” to their assigned 1* or 5* IMA and count toward their future 1* and/or 5* qualification.

Continued EducationContinued education earnings are offered as an additional to earnings source to IMAs who had organizations and sales prior to 2015. Continued education earnings are generated from purchases made by customers who had a 2-year redemption period for services offered earlier by Renatus or its affiliates. The customer could elect to pay $999 down and $99 per month to maintain continued access to Renatus educational services and utilize their monthly payments to work toward their purchase of the Xtream Combo. Once they have paid an amount that is equivalent to the full purchase price of the Xtream Plus Combo package, as a combination result of their prior pur-chases, down payment and monthly installment payments, they will receive complimentary lifetime access, so long as they are in good standing with the Company.

Earnings are paid on Continued Educational Sales in the following manner. The assigned 5* IMA will receive a $450 earnings payment from the Continued Education Down Payment. The assigned 5* will receive a $45 earnings pay-ment each month the continuing ed student makes their $99 monthly payment. Once the Continued Education Customer has reached the equivalent purchase amount of their Xtream Combo payments will cease and the cus-tomer will receive complimentary life-time access. The earnings payments do count toward the Continued Education Customer’s required 5* qualified earnings bucket if they are an IMA. The Continued Education program is not available for 1* IMAs or new customers.

RenatusIOS EarningsRenatusIOS is an online subscription for software services that provides lead generation, contract management, pub-lic records information, automated mail services, and many other features and services associated with real estate investing. Numerous Renatus customers have utilized RenatusIOS to accelerate their investing activities, track and enhance the performance of current projects and to find additional real estate investments. The current monthly sub-scription fee for RenatusIOS is $124.95. Renatus offers a premium service that includes enhanced lead pipes among other services for a 1-time upgrade and activation fee of $997. Renatus only makes RenatusIOS earnings payment on actual payments received from customer’s. No RenatusIOS purchase is required for becoming an IMA or the pur-chase of any other Renatus offering. Renatus does make earnings payments on sales of RenatusIOS services

Renatus pays $15 of the monthly subscription fee to the assigned 1* and 5* IMA of the purchasing customer. This will continue each month for the active life of the subscription. In the event that the 1* and 5* IMA are the same for the purchasing customer, that assigned IMA will then receive both $15 earnings payments for total earnings of $30.

Renatus pays a one-time earnings payment on the premium upgrade of $997 in the amount of $150 to the 1* IMA and $150 to the 5* IMA. In the event that the 1* and 5* IMA are the same for the purchasing customer, that assigned IMA will receive both $150 earnings payments for a total earnings of $300. Earnings payments on the premium up-grade occur only once over the life of the RenatusIOS account as the upgrade is valid for the life of the account.

Earnings payments are paid to the field on the earnings payment day that follows the 20th of month following the month in which the payment was made. Subscription payment dates can vary with each RenatusIOS account. This can cause a 45 day or more delay from when a subscription is paid to when the assigned 1* or 5* IMA may receive an earnings payment on that subscription (see example below). Payments from RenatusIOS earnings do not assist in meeting the sales requirements for 1* and/or 5* IMA qualification.

Example 7: RenatusIOS Earnings PaymentsFred is a new Renatus education services customer and has signed-up for Renatus IOS. Fred’s assigned 1* IMA is Mar-cos and his assigned 5* IMA is Sarah. Fred elected to purchase the one-time RenatusIOS premium upgrade in addition to the monthly subscription. Fred signs up for Renatus IOS on the 10th of the April with his 30-day RenatusIOS free Trial and upgrade. On the earnings payment day following the 20th of May, Fred’s assigned 1* IMA, Marcos, would receive the one-time earnings payment of $150 and Fred’s assigned 5* IMA, Sarah, would receive the one-time earn-ings payment of $150 for Fred. There is no earnings payment for the subscription in May because Fred did not make a subscription payment during his 30-day free trial. On the earnings payment day following the 20th of June, Marcos the assigned 1* IMA and Sarah, the assigned 5* will each receive an earnings payment of $15 for Fred’s May subscription payment.

Earnings Payments Process and ScheduleEarnings are calculated for payment upon completion of the service order(s). All IMAs are paid earnings via direct de-posit or business check. Earnings are paid each Tuesday and Friday* for earnings generated from completed orders, if the IMA account is set up with direct deposit. If account is not set up with direct deposit, checks are cut twice per month on the earnings day following the first and 15th of the month. If the Tuesday or Friday earnings payment day fall on a holiday, non-business day or another day when the Renatus corporate office is closed, all earnings will be paid on the next regularly scheduled Tuesday or Friday earnings payment day.

Building a Marketing TeamWhile the income from retail sales can be substantial, another feature of the Renatus Earnings Plan is the leverage you can enjoy from building and growing a successful marketing team. This is the result of the IMA sales feature that pays earnings to the IMA on the purchases and sales of new IMAs that are qualifying sales and “roll-ups”. These qualifying sales that are paid to the to the assigned 1* or 5* IMA can create substantial earnings for the IMA. These earnings are made available to the IMA for the time, money and effort they invest in training new team members and organizing and managing their sales force. After qualification, any customer that purchases a Renatus service, from which you will receive earnings, becomes a part of your customer base. From this point forward, the earnings paid on their sales during qualification and as a customer, will stay with you as part of your team. If any of them choose to market our educational services and become new IMAs they will undergo the qualification process through you, and you will receive earnings for their sales during that process.
