For a solar water heater to be eligible for Renewable Energy Certificates, the unit must:a) be a complete model listed in the Register of solar water heaters (www.orer.gov.au/swh/register.html); andb) have been installed within the eligibility period for the particular model (as listed in the Register of solar water heaters); andc) have been installed within the last 12 months – ie. RECs may only be created within 12 months after the installation date: - SWHs installed before 6 October 2007 must have a single installation date; - SWHs installed on or after 6 October 2007 have a 60-day installation period, ie. the SWH must be completely installed within 60 days from the date the first component of the SWH was installed. The installation date is taken to be the day the heater is first able to produce and deliver hot water heated by solar energy.By signing this form, I assign the rights for this installation to create Renewable Energy Certificates for the above system to Dux Manufacturing Ltd. In exchange for payment to be received by me which is equal to the Dux quoted price for RECs on the day that the completed and signed REC assignment form is received by Dux Manufacturing Ltd. The date of receipt is deemed to be the date transmission was successfully received by facsimile listed on the form or alternatively the date the REC assignment form was received at the address shown on the form if by mail or courier. I understand that I will not be able to sell or assign to anyone else my rights to these certificates and any other rights that may be associated with the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.Where I am registered for GST, I understand that any payment made to me is inclusive of GST and is for the assignment of my rights.I agree that I will not be entitled to any payment if my assignment is invalid or if Dux® Manufacturing Ltd cannot create or register the certificates. If payment has already been received by me (this includes accepting a payment despite previously having received a point of sale discount), I agree to reimburse the full amount to Dux® Manufacturing Ltd.I agree that the Office of the Renewable Energy Regulator (“ORER”) and/or Dux® Manufacturing Ltd or its appointed agent can inspect my system within the first five years of operation.I have checked that the details on this form as well as the installation report are correct.I understand that the information on this form will be made available to Dux® Manufacturing Ltd, ORER and the AGO but will not be used for any other purpose but to create, check or audit Renewable Energy Certificates or to verify eligibility under the SHW Rebate Program.
