During the renewal period, your

authorization light turns yellow, and

the Renew button appears on your

Current Licences page. Click it to

begin.

Confirm your personal, contact and

business information.

Read the instructions before

proceeding.

Confirm your appraisal

association and

designations.

Read the instructions

carefully and answer the

suitability questions

truthfully.

Give your

acknowledgements and your

declaration.

Pay your licensing fee.

When RECA receives payment and you have

no ‘Yes’ suitability answers, you are renewed.

Your authorization light turns green, your

renewal status will be Renewed and your

renewal certificate will be available. The date

you renewed will also display.
