AUSTRALIA 2018 CENTENARY SETSTo commemorate the 2018 centenary of the armistice between the Allies and Germany that essentially brought an end to the First World War, the RoyalAustralian Mint have released the annual six coin uncirculated and proof year sets with a specially designed one dollar coin.

The coin is divided by a line that symbolises the Armistice itself with the bottom section represent-ing the period of war that preceded the armistice with a pattern of ammunition cartridges. The top section represents the post war peace with a spray of poppies.

The 5¢, 10¢, 20¢, 50¢, $1 & $2 are struck to the mint's world class standards of quality.
