- New equipment is marked in red.
- Pick-up starts at 9:00 AM. Rented materials must be returned before 12:00 PM on the indicated return date, unless agreed otherwise
- Payment of the rentend materials is required upon pick-up, unless agreed otherwise.
- Every rental must be confirmed by fax, mail or telephone.
- Clients are responsible for the rented materials and are therefore advised to properly insure the equipment against theft and damage.
- Delivery without placement within a 10 km radius will be free of charge if the rental price equals or exceeds 150,00 Euro
- If the total rental price does not exceed 150,00 Euro a transport fee of 1,25 Euro/km will be charged.
- Delivery prices outside a 10 km radius are available on demand.
- In case of placement exceeding 150,00 Euro the client is required to provide at least 1 stagehands for loading and unloading
the rented materials both at delivery and pick-up. If these terms are not complied, a fee of 50,00 Euro will be charged.
- Filterframe, safetycable and hook are available free of charge per lantern.
- For every cable not properly rolled-up or cleaned, a fee of 1,50 Euro/cable will be charged.
