my query No. 4,5,6,8 and 9 it is incomplete. (My 10 points RTI

organized CGL Tire I Exam 2015 at the venue Tiljala Brajanath
Vidyapith (HS), 129/1, Picnic Garden Road, Kol-39, WB on 9th
and 16th Aug 2015 (venue Code 4410/40). The venue supervisor
Mr. Surya Kumar Tripathi embezzled/stolen public money and
due to my repeated Grievances the SSC ER compelled to
scrutinize the related documents and allegations were proved.
Rs. 7050/- was recovered from the venue supervisor and he has
been debarred from the future exam duty. Some officers of SSC
ER initially tried t to suppress the facts and raised question for
my locus standi etc regarding my grievances. As a whistle blower
I am fighting against the corruption for the sake of wider public
interest. Till date some officers of SSC are trying to save the
supervisor from lawful punishment. This is a crime u/s 217 of
IPC. The Dept. of school Education,(WB) was not informed about
the crime for necessary action. a) Query No. 4: the list of 9 (nine)
imaginary invigilators must be specific and should be with the
commission. Money embezzled by putting their fake signatures,
names, designations etc in the relevant forms and all other
documents of SSCER. Otherwise it should be taken that the
SSCER has collected the other invigilators details from the
supervisor. There is every chance that those names are also
imaginary and fake. And if so, SSCER should recover their
remuneration also from the supervisor. So this information is
important and significant. b) Query No. 5: It is well known that
there are specific sections in the IPC for such defalcation or
embezzlement or misappropriation of public money and criminal
breach of trust. But it is to know whether the officials are bound
to report to police for legal action against such thing or not. So,
information should be provided specifically as per the sentence
of the query only. c) Query No. 6: Lawful/legal action never
means merely the action like debarment or blacklisting. This
reply is misguiding in nature. Specific reply as per the query (i.e.
Yes/No) required. d) Query No. 8: Specific information required
whether the money recovered/demanded from the supervisor or
not. Yes/No. But the reply is totally misguiding and irrelevant in
nature. e) Query No. 9: If this is not in concerned with the CPIO
then he should transfer it u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act 2005 and reply
should content the reference transfer Memo, Date etc. positively.
Please consider my appeal and issue an order to provide the
specific information In respect of my query No. 4,5,6,8 and 9.
