CONCLUSIONS
“THE FUTURE IS YOU” , said Dr.Frank before concluding the seminar. It
was a life time memorable experience to all the students who attended the seminar.
The seminar was mainly framed on tuning young engineers towards new product
innovation, its uses and the necessity of the hour. The students were given an
insight into what industry expects of them. The needs of the customers alter rapidly
and to be in the race for excellence we ought to lure them with better quality and
lesser price comparatively. Various instances have been quoted from history where
reputed companies lost their sheen and market value because they did not alter
with the trend.
This seminar should act like a launch pad for the students to set their goals in
the right paths and act accordingly. The young budding engineers of India should
be able to utilize the opportunities provided to them and make the best of it. India
too will become a super power in near future if this younger talent is nurtured
properly.
RECOMMENDATIONS
The seminar was organized well , but there is always a scope of
improvement.
The food could have been served properly .
It seemed there was no perfect schedule as there was delay in some
acticities.
Feedback was not collected from the students .
Sound systems at the venue should be improved .
It would have been good if some volunteers were made charge in keeping
the participants silent.
