First Meeting of IGBC Mumbai Chapter held in Mumbai
The Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), with the sup-port of all the stakeholders is making rapid strides in Greening the construction industry Till date, there
are over 1,500 registered Green Buildings coming up in the country with a green building foot print of over 1 09 Billion sq ft. To further spearhead the Green building movement in the country, IGBC has formed 12 Chapters all across the Country (Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Goa, Hyder-abad, Kolkata, Kochi, Mumbai, New Delhi, Pune & Vadodra) with 3 more to be launched later this year at Jaipur, Chandi-garh & Bhubaneswar
