अखिल भारतीय आयुविान संथान-भोपाल ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, BHOPAL साकेत नगर, भोपाल 462020| Saket Nagar Bhopal M.P. 462020 REPORT OF SWACCHATA PAKHWARA ON 09.04.2019 Activity: Awareness Program for NGOs, Social organizations, Voluntary organizations, School/College students etc. A Health Awareness Program was conducted for students of Balak Prathmik Shala, Pipaliya village. The purpose of the program was to sensitize the students about importance of healthy habits and hygienic measures to prevent infections and promote better health. The session included activities like informative talks, role play and drama etc. Children were sensitized on importance of washing their hands before and after eating, personal hygiene and the other healthy habits to avoid falling sick. The children were asked to share their daily routines and the steps they took every day to maintain hygiene. The concept of segregating dry and wet waste was also introduced to them through a drama. Questions regarding good habits and general waste disposal were also asked to children. Prize was given who answered the questions rightly. It is very informative for children in view of the learning. Students promised to follow all the good habits. Principal of the school appreciated the program and this type of initiatives by AIIMS, Bhopal. Swacchata Kit containing Soap, Tooth Brush, Nail cutter, Hand sanitizer distributed to all students.
