SUMMARY

Sudbury Contact Mines Ltd. is involved in the exploration of three unpatented claim blocks in Clifford township and one adjacent claim block in Elliott township, called the T-North Property. The exploration projects carried out are oriented towards diamond and gold.

During the winter of 1995, a reverse circulation drilling program consisting of four holes positionned at approximately each corner of claim block 1187247 on the property was executed in order to further assess die economic potential of the property.

The area drilled contains thick till sheets beneath glaciolacustrine deposits. Two distinctive till sheets were intersected in holes TNO-95-02 and TNO-95-03. The two till sheets contained similar counts of kimberlite indicator mineral and gold grains.

The total kimberlite indicator mineral counts encountered in the sampled area are generally low and would indicate a distal source ( > 10 km) up-ice.

Gold grain counts are found throughout me property. The sampled material is characterized by reshaped and modified gold grains. These weak gold results would suggest a distal gold source.

W.A. H li B AC HECK CONSULTANTS LTD.

INTRODUCTION

The T-North property is comprised of four unpatented claim blocks totalling approximately 360 acres. It was acquired by Sudbury Contact Mines Ltd. in April 1993 as a gold prospect.

An airborne magnetic and electromagnetic survey flown between April and May of 1992 over the area, for the Geological Survey of Canada, indicate an interesting magnetic anomaly on the property.

During the winter of 1995, four circulation holes were drilled on the property to explain a geophysical magnetic anomaly. This report describes the results encountered during mis drilling program.

Samples were taken of till material. Processing to recover sand and silt size gold and kimberlite indicator minerals from these samples was done by Overburden Drilling Management.

The coordination and implementation of the various technical tasks was conducted by W.A. Hubacheck Consultants Ltd. under die supervision of P. Hubacheck, D. Christie and M. Plasse.

W.A. HUBACHECK CONSULTANTS LTD.

PROPERTY AND PROJECT AREA DESCRIPTION

The property consist of four claim blocks (l 187247, 1202725, 1202726, 1202727) totalling 360 acres in die northern portion of Clifford township and southern portion of Elliott township, Larder Lake Mining Division.

LOCATION AND ACCESS

The claims are located in the northeast portion of Clifford township, northwest of the town of Larder Lake. The property is accessible to die north by an east trending logging road off of highway 672 at kilometre 30. Previous clear-cutting logging operations, ending at die northern limit of die property, facilitate die access.

ARNOLD TOWNSHIP

W.A. HUBACHECK CONSULTANTS LTD.

REGIONAL GEOLOGY (from Jensen, 1975)

The Clifford township is underlain by Archean volcanic rocks characteristic of the "Abitibi belt" which were affected by low-grade regional metamorphism under zeolite facies conditions (Turner and Verhoogen, 1960). Intermediate and felsic volcanic rocks predominate in the area with some mafic volcanics occuring in the central part of Clifford township.

Intrusive sills, bodies and dikes of mafic, intermediate and granitic composition cut the layered volcanics.

The property itself is underlain by massive intermediate volcanics of the Blake River Assemblage.

Pleistocene deposits consist of sand, gravel, and clay and till deposited on the Precambrian surface during the retreat of the Wisconsinan ice.

Structurally, the area is located in the south-central part of a synclinorium mat opens to the east. Northeast and north trending faults transect the township.

REVERSE CIRCULATION DRILLING

METHODOLOGY

The following figures help to illustrate the methodology of the Reverse Circulation Drilling technique. The purpose of sampling certain glacial materials is to locate the portions of ore-bodies that have been eroded by glaciation and distributed in a "train" down-ice of the ore-body.

Glacial action has reduced much of the material to sand and silt size, and it is grains of this size fraction which are examined in a laboratory for gold, sulphides and other minerals indicative of potentially economic deposits. Coarser material (gravel size and boulder chip material) can be examined and described at the drill by a geologist.

Case histories, Quaternary geological studies, and glacial studies all provide a data base which can be used to interpret the mineralogical results from a reverse circulation drilling program.

The most important material to sample during a reverse circulation program is commonly termed till. Till is poorly sorted debris which in most situations has travelled directly down-ice along the bottom of the glacier and has been smeared along bedrock surfaces, filling depressions and valleys. Basal till is the till lying directly on bedrock. Minerals found in this type of material can, theoretically, be traced by their relative abundance and morphology directly back up-ice to their source.

Unfortunately, till can be reworked or redeposited by water as well as rafted by ice flows, and caused to flow along paleoslopes, causing misinterpretations. Thus a large database is important for defining patterns based on numerous data points rather man single "spot highs".

In addition to glacial material, chips of bedrock are obtained at each drill hole location, making this a valuable mapping/prospecting tool in areas of poor bedrock exposure.

TOPOGRAPHY

The property is characterized by flat terrain covered by a mature spruce forest. Glacio-lacustrine deposits overlay bedrock lows. An intermittent offshoot of the Magusi river drains the southern portion of the property.

SAMPLING RESULTS

A brief description of hole stratigraphy is given below. In general, only material interpreted to be till or esker gravel were sampled during this program. Material weights and grain counts indicate the amount of sample processed and subsequent recovery of gold and kimberlite indicator mineral grains. Several consecutive samples may be included in these numbers. Individual sample results are found in the RC drill log and processing data sheet appendices.

The background gold grain population for the property was evaluated to be 4 reshaped gold grains per sample. Samples containing more man 14 reshaped gold grain (mean 4- 2 standard deviations) or pristine gold grains are considered anomalous.

In two drill holes, TNO-95-02 and TNO-95-03, two distinctive till sheets can be distinguished. The upper sheet is a moderately compact, silty, sandy, pebbely to cobbely till while the lower sheet is a well compacted, sandy, clayey till.

TNO-95-01

A 2.7 metres section of sandy, pebbely till was intersected beneath 3 metres of fine sand and l .5 metres of organic material. One pristine gold grain was recovered in 24.35 kg of sampled material.

Two pyropes and two chrome diopsides were also recovered (0.16 KIM's/kg).

W.A. HUBACHECK CONSULTANTS LTD.

13

TNO-95-02

A 14.3 metres thickness of till was intersected beneath 17.1 metres of sand, 3.1 metres of clay and 1.4 metres of organic material. The till section can be separated in two distinctive till sheets. The upper sheet is characterized by a moderately to well compacted, pebbely, cobbely till with a sandy matrix. The lower till sheet is composed of a well compacted, sandy matrix, clay-rich till. Nine reshaped and three modified gold grains were recovered from five samples.

Two pyropes were also recovered from 50.95 kg of sampled material ( 0.04 KIM's/kg).

TNO-95-03

A 22. l metres thickness of till was intersected beneath 6.4 metres of sand and 8.6 metres of clay and silt. The till section is separated in two distinctive till sheets. The upper sheet is composed of a moderately to well compacted silty, stony, sandy matrix till. The lower till is characterized by a well compacted sandy, clay-rich till containing boulders. Forty-four reshaped and 9 modified gold grains were recovered from 12 samples.

Eleven pyropes, one chrome diopside and one ilmenite were also recovered in the 193.65 kg of sampled material (0.07 KIM's/kg).

TNO-95-04

A 13.1 metres thickness of silty, sandy, stony till was intersected beneath 12.3 metres of sand and 9.4 metres of clay and silt. Some boulders are apparent at the lower portion of the till sheet. Fifty-seven reshaped, fourteen modified and six pristine gold grains were recovered from seven samples.

Seven pyropes were also recovered in m 120.9 kg of sampled material ( 0.05 KIM's/kg).

W.A. HUBACHECK CONSULTANTS LTD.

14

CONCLUSIONS

1) Total kimberlite indicator mineral counts are generally low throughout the property. The results encountered can be considered negligeable; suggesting a distal source up-ice of the T-North property.

2) Gold grain counts found throughout the property are characterized by reshaped and modified gold grains. The low gold grain results obtained on the property reflects the background gold grain count in the till of the area and a possible distal gold source ^10 km).

3) Geochemical results obtained from the tills do not show any anomalous results.

4) The two distinctive till sheets encountered in holes TNO-95-02 and TNO-95-3 contained similar kimberlite indicator minerals and gold grain results.

RECOMMENDATIONS

The results obtained during the reverse circulation drilling program executed on the T-North property warrants no further work to be undertaken on mis property.
