Popular ReportPopular report is intended

for general audience.

Make the contents more simple and attractive ,and extensive use of charts and diagrams.

Compared to technical report, a detailed information in this regard may not be insisted upon the report is popular on and is to be intended for general public.

Interim reportIt contains the first result of analysis or final outcome of the analysis. It contains the narration of what has been done and what were its outcome.

Summary reportIt is mainly for the general public.

It is the report of any study whose findings are of general interest.

Research abstractIt is the a short summary of the technical report.

It is usually prepared by the doctoral students on the eve of submitting their thesis.

Its copies are send by the universities along with the letter of request to examiners invited to evaluate the thesis.
