CASE: STORES SELLING MOROCCANOIL PRODUCTS
BACKGROUND
On March 2015, we received a request for investigation of stores selling Moroccanoil products
in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay.
Steps to follow:
Purchase the product indicated in several stores in Ciudad del Este.
Indications to purchase:

ACTIONS TAKEN
On March 31st, 2015 we went to Ciudad del Este, Paraguay to visit several stores where
possibly, a counterfeit Moroccanoil product was being sold. We visited commercial stores
specified by the costumer and others.
OBJECTIVES:
- verify the commercialization of counterfeit MOROCCANOIL products
- Survey data of Moroccanoil product in stores visited in Ciudad del Este.

Location: Shopping Box Outlet, Av. Monseor Rodriguez and Luis Mara Argaa.

Comments: During this verification, the store was closed for holidays.
B) PlayCell, Shopping Lai Lai

Comments: While visting the Shopping Americana for verification of the
Commercial Store Vip Perfumes, we could not find its location In inquiries with
employees of the Shopping, we found that the store was no longer operating in
that place and that the existing store is called Casa Nipn.

No product was found according to the requested details in any of the commercial
stores visited.
