Elise Thompson's House The P.B.B. meeting was called to order on January 24, 2019 at 5:20 p.m. at Elise Thompson's home., In attendance was, Josie and Kayla Clarke, Jacob Mor-gan, Stella Geindeder, Shelby Hall, Abby Dawson and Addy, Drew, and Lyla Reyn-olds. Josie led us in both the 4-H pledge and the Pledge of Allegiance. For old business, we we talked about our Christmas party, the Horse Power Hour, the Horse Bowl, how we might do things differently to better fit our growing club, and doing a field trip to Gilbert Run. For new business we discussed new project ideas to try, participating in pub-lic speaking, and community service ideas. We motioned to change the meeting time from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. We also created a new committee to plan field trips and possible fund-raisers. Other business included discussions of the upcoming 4-H banquet, Diamond Clovers, record books and possible fair projects. Our meeting adjourned at 5:54 p.m.

Elise Thompson's House The P.B.B. meeting was called to order on February 21, 2019 at 5:20 p.m. at Elise Thompson's home., In attendance was, Jose, Kayla and Kody Clarke, Abby Dawson, Jazmen Howell, Addy, Drew, Lyla and Lucy Reynolds, Tristan Dyson, Ken-lyn Foster, Ana Strine, Frits and Stella Geineder, Shelby Hall and Alissa Johnson. Shelby led us in both the 4-H pledge and the Pledge of Allegiance. For old business, we discussed fund raiser ideas, community service opportunities and Horse Power Hour attendance. As well as getting an early start on record books.

For new business we discussed the 4-H banquet, chose our Friend for 4-H, and looked into more opportunities for record book workshops. Alissa brought the snack, pizza and there were no demonstrations. The meeting was adjourned at 6:22 p.m.

Elise Thompson's House The P.B.B. meeting was called to order on March 28, 2019 at 5:40 p.m. at Elise Thompson's home., In attendance was, Tristen Dyson, Josey, Brier, Kody and Kayla Clarke, Sarah and Jacob Morgan, Katlyn Lamb, Frits and Stella Geindeder, Shelby Hall, Abby Dawson and Addy, Drew, Lyla and Lucy Reynolds. Kayla led us in both the 4-H pledge and the Pledge of Allegiance. For old busi-ness, we discussed banquet attendance, Horse Power Hour, The Horse Bowl, and community service ideas we are looking into. Also in discussion was Greenwell Horse camps and services. For new business we discussed beginning our new committee ideas, who to talk to when you have questions about 4-H, more about record books and their re-spective projects. We also talked about the new “My Story” included in this year's record books. We were asked by Kayla if there was an interest in starting any new animal projects and we further discussed possible horse and pony projects. The up-coming county speaking contest and its attendance were discussed, as well as the new photography workshop on April 25

th.

Members were reminded to visit our P.B.B. Facebook page for upcoming in-formation and pictures from club events. Examples for fair entries were passed around to help members visualize possible ideas. We also discussed possible float and booth ideas for the upcoming 2019 St. Mary's county fair and determined that we would decide at the April meeting. A club fieldtrip was considered for Gilbert Run and the upcoming Horse Jam-boree scheduled for July 5

th 2019 was further discussed. Mr. Joey Windsor visit-

ed the club to present the Archery program. He shared information about archery and gave demonstrations, as well as an opportunity for the club members to shoot. Our meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.

St. Mary's Agricultural Center The P.B.B. meeting was called to order on April 25, 2019 at 5:00 p.m., in at-tendance was Kayla and Josie Clarke, Tara Mckenna, Sarah and Jacob Morgan, Ad-dy, Lyla, and Lucy Reynolds, Ana Strine, Abby Dawson, Jenna Kievit, Alyssa John-son, and Kaitlyn Lamb. We talked for a short while about the previous topics of the March meeting, including that Ms. Regina had reached out to Greenwell, though they had no room for volunteer work at this time. We finalized booth and float ideas for the 2019 St. Mary’s Fair. We also talked about the upcoming Mounted Wander's horse shows. Member's discussed the Animal Husbandry certification due July 21, 2019, for anyone doing an animal project. We also looked at the dates for the coming Horse Jamboree, on July 5-8

th and who may be in attendance.

Tara Mckenna gave a demonstration on the english bridle and how it worked. The meeting adjourned at 5:48 p.m. After the meeting most members stayed for the Photography Workshop held at the St. Mary’s Agricultural Center.
