• Standard Reports cannot be modified.

• Each time you upgrade, they are overwritten with the

most recent changes

Print Letterhead with return

instructions at the bottom and

use this to print off the

expiration letters


Care Management Standard Reports

If assigned in your securities, any Care Management Standard Report assigned to you can be run within Seeker Standard Reports

Enc Procedure Summary

Security will need to include reporting facility in the Facility Tab.

You can export Standard Reports to other formats:

• Crystal Reports

• PDF

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft Excel-Data Only

• Microsoft Word (.doc)

• Microsoft Word-Editable (.rtf)*

• Rich Text Format (.rtf)

ReporTrack reports can be compiled as:

• Standard format

• Microsoft Excel

• Export to a file


ReporTrack Document Listings (v 2011+)

• Uses MS Word in ReporTrack

• Use record selection to hardcode criteria in report or

enter criteria at report time.

• Can format in multiple styles for attractive reports

• Can put logo in header and/or information in footer

Access the ReporTrack Library on Clients Only Website: www.midasplus.com

Importing ReporTrack Reports

You can import a report that is your version or lower

• Click on report • Right-click on report name and choose Save Target As • Save to your desktop or other location • Go into Reportrack>Utilities • Click Import, find report where you saved it • Follow prompts (go out of ReporTrack and back in to see the newly imported report)


ReporTrack Documents Uses

and Benefits • ReporTrack documents can be used for listings, labels,

envelopes, and letters

• Auto-send functionality allows you to fax or email your documents from Seeker at the touch of a button

• Can create your own custom profiles using column collections

• Can download Midas+-built or other client-built letters, labels, envelopes, or listings, and tweak as needed

• Auto-save letters to the document checklist when running from provider record, or User Report Processing
