    Research Design This study used the quantitative approach to allow the

    reporting of summary results in numerical terms

    across many repetitions of answers.

    Research Setting )gumbe *+SS which partnered with earsden

    (cademy is located in *hileka, lantyre !ural. The school has twelve classrooms, library, science

    laboratory and computer laboratory. -ach classroomcan accommodate fifty to eighty /0 1 203 students

    depending on the form level.

    Sample Size and Sampling Technique The population si4e of one hundred and five 50/3 students was

    drawn from )gumbe *+SS. This represents a 50.6 73 of the entire

    )gumbe *+SS student population of 500. The sample si4e is supported by abbie, 600/3. He was of the

    opinion that for a population of 5000 and above, a sample si4e of 501

    607 was acceptable.

    The population was sampled through a simple random samplingprocedure to avoid biasness.

    contributed thirty seven 3 respondents.
