Mineral oils produced from a blend of paraffin and synthetic bases, designed for lubricating steam machine cylinders. Able to maintain a highly stable lubricating film between metal parts in contact, and avoid steam leaks, either through valves, pistons or gaskets. Used according to increasing order of viscosity, for saturated steam, re-heated steam and with a high degree of re-heating.
Valid for general greasing, low loaded greasing and other mechanical elements and other mechanical elements where high temperature conditions may occur.
Can be used as heat transfer fluids in the case of thermal circuits open to the free air.
ISO GRADES: 460 (140), 680 (200) and 1.000 (240).
QUALITY LEVEL: DIN 51510 - ZA (Grade 200) ZB (Grade 240)

QUENCHING OILS
REPSOL IBERTEM 34
For fast hardening of hot steel where the bath temperature ranges from 85C to 125C at a closed environment over 95C.
REPSOL IBERTEM 99 F
The Iberterm-99 F is specially designed for use in fast hardening works at heat where the bath temperature ranges from 150 to 180C, and even higher if in a closed environment. This type of oil is used with carbonized steel parts or low alloy content parts. It is advisable to consult the technical department in view of the special characteristics for use.
REPSOL IBERTEM 24
For fast hardening of carbonized steel with high hardness.
Paraffin based mineral oils in a wide range of viscosities, formulated with refined bases and additives to give adequate cooling velocities depending on the process in point.
REPSOL IBERTEM 15
Low viscosity oil indicated for use in normal hardening velocity work where the bath temperature ranges from 40C to 80C.
REPSOL IBERTEM 15 R
Application similar to the IBERTERM 15 with a slightly lower cooling velocity.
It is advisable to consult the technical department in view of the special characteristics for use.
