Health EducationSpeaking about Wellness
For Healthy Aging: A quarterly seminar series for people 50 and older who want to learn about topics relevant to healthy aging. The series includes dinner, educational materials and a gift. $10 per person. ($9 for Good Life Club members)
For Women: A quarterly seminar series that provides women with the tools to make lifestyle changes for their personal health and well-being. The series includes dinner, educational materials and a gift. $10 per person. ($9 for Good Life Club members)
For the Community: A program that provides local organizations with direct access to WellStar’s network of experienced healthcare professionals. These complimentary presentations cover a wide variety of health and wellness topics and are provided on location through business and community groups. Health Extras: FREE monthly presentations that address specific health topics and are held throughout the community in a classroom setting. Participants receive an educational folder to complement the topic being discussed.
