TRAINING PROFESSIONALSOUTREACH RESCUE provides training to the rescue services in a variety of rescue disciplines including rope, water, confined spaces and casualty care rescue environments.

Our principal course tutors are highly experienced rescue practitioners, trainers and assessors and full time employees of the company. All visiting tutors are sector experts of the highest calibre.

Our courses generally are of greater duration than their equivalent from other providers. We share the belief with our clients that the additional time spent in providing quality in-depth initial training and assessment is an investment which is repaid many times over in the subsequent years.

Courses are mainly delivered from our residential centre in North Wales which has a wide variety of onsite training facilities within our 34 acres and numerous additional venues within close proximity.

Outreach courses can also be delivered at clients sites providing suitable facilities and training venues are available. Training has taken place throughout the UK, Europe and the Far East.

Condor safety is the approved training center for the Benelux.

Through workshops and similar events we create networking and information sharing opportunities for our clients in support of their ongoing skills maintenance programmes.

Outreach Rescue has been delivering programmes in accordance with the above criteria for the last 25 years.

THE GRAPPLER

The Crook is a highly durable hooking tool and is designed based on the traditional ‘shepherd crook’, to enable easy hooking onto the casualty. The design and stainless steel material of this attachment makes it a highly durable hooking tool. It is safe and effective for human, animal and general retrieval.

This attachment is particularly useful on irregularly shaped retrievals where maximum engagement is critical. The Grappler has proven extremely effective in the removal of flood debris and in boat line grasping.
