Receive a reset link on your email inbox to
confirm request
Create your new password and confirm.

2. Click on Login button on the top-right corner.

Follow instruction on the window, submit either your account username or your BOU Student email address. e.g:
“[email protected]” for searching by your usernameor
“[email protected]” for searching by your email address
1. Go to your email inbox2. Click on the link inside the email sent by myPortal System

1. Type in your new Password2. Repeat the password on the confirmation box3. Click on the Save button4. You will now be automatically logged in with your new
password. Use this new password from now going forward.
