Expertise Northern Resin Flooring ltd has had steady growth since its incorporation in January 2011, our brand ResPave was derived from the public demand for a alternative to block paving or imprinted concrete. We have developed our own unique brand and now install our products nationwide installing for local authorities, schools, commercial and domestic properties. ResPave Can be laid direct on to concrete or asphalt/ tarmac making a quick install and minimum disturbance to any client.

What is SuDS? The Environment agents introduced a set of requirements for sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS) to eliminate flooding caused by water run-off in urban areas and the risk of pollution as contaminants mix with the water.

Environmental Policy Northern Resin Flooring is in line with SuDS compliance (NRF) commitment to sustainability and care for the environment, as set out in NRF's environmental policy.

ResPave Resin Bound Surfacing (or "trowelled")

ResPave resin bound surfacing is a non yellowing, light stable resin bound aggregate surface, functional and highly decorative, an attractive alternative to traditional surfacing such as block paving, pattern imprinted concrete and other forms of hard landscaping. ResPave resin bound surfacing is a blend of aggregates and resin, laid by craftsmen to create an attractive, porous (SuDS compliant) alternative to conventional paving or loose gravel paths. • Attractive natural aggregate appearance • Highly porous allowing water to drain • UV Stability prevents yellowing and darkening of the resin • Recycled aggregates available

Tree Pit The Tree Pit system is a UV stable, clean, natural aggregate finish surrounded for planted trees in public and private areas. An alternative to costly metal grills, the Tree Pit system surrounds the tree in a solid yet flexible construction which prevents a build up of litter and removes storage or hiding place for hazardous and unsavoury items. The tree pit system natural stone aggregate is porous, allowing water to permeate and the tree to feed and grow and suitable for foot and occasional light vehicle traffic. • Attractive natural aggregate appearance • Highly porous allowing tree to feed • UV stable non yellowing resin • Recycled aggregates available • Anti-slip surface dressing increases safety • Allows tree growth and root movement • Eliminates glass, needle, hazardous materials and dog waste

The open matrix structure of the tree pit system allows water to drain into the substrate feeding any surrounding trees and plants and avoiding any change or damage to the
