Manual Method

If you are running Microsoft Outlook 2010 or Win 7 then, open control panel >> Programs >> Programs and Features. Select the MS Office listing and then click to change option, choose repair option and follow the prompts option.

Disable the Scanning programs from your system, like - Firewall or Antivirus program.
