Famous for the dances and performances as well as the artwork, Balinese culture is one of Bali's main tourist attractions. Art work and performances produced in certain villages around Bali are mostly cultivated in Gianyar regency, such as Ubud or Mas Village. Most ballet performances are usually taken from prehistoric mythology of Ramayana and Mahabharata that remains as an integral part of the religion.
