For more than 60 years, Riley Gear has partnered with original equipment manufacturers worldwide through the development and production of precision gears, custom gear boxes, and other power transmission components. We have created custom solutions for a variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, machine tools, centrifugal and turbo compressors, automotive, off highway vehicles, marine propulsion, power generation, pumps, transportation and robotics. Our world-class collaborative design and engineering services deliver prototype to production support for the most sophisticated of applications.

With our headquarters in St. Augustine, Florida and our facility in North Tonawanda, New York, we operate over 95,000 combined square feet of manufacturing space. We have the resources to handle small to large volume programs under the most complex delivery requirements. The two independent facilities are equipped with a full complement of state-of-the-art manufacturing assets. Each purchase order is program managed through our Visual Manufacturing planning and scheduling system, which provides order maintenance, inventory and EDI capability. We are ISO 9001:2000, TS 16949:2002 and ISO 14001:2004 registered. We are capable of producing gears from .25 to 55 inches in pitch diameter to beyond AGMA CLASS Q15 or DIN 2 specifications.
