INTRODUCTION

We, Sri Aaryabhatta Mathematics and Science Society is a registered Organization (Regd.

No. 321 of 2013) with under Societies Registration Act 2001 by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. It is

not a profit educational organization set up in 2013 to promote a scientific temper among

school students. It encourages development of a scientific aptitude through innovative activities

and creating an international fraternity of which students and their institutions are proud to be

members. We conduct three Olympiad exams in as endeavour to develop a greater competitive

spirit, better assessment and explanation of a potential among students.

GUIDELINES

MEDIUM OF THE OLYMPIAD : The medium of the AAO, AMO and ASO will be in English.

EXAMINATION CENTRE : For exam, the Centre of the Olympiads will be student's ownschool.

TIME OF THE OLYMPIAD : The examinations will be conducted during school hours.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE : School while registering their students with the foundation haveto fill in all columns of SRF and SRS completely and legibly,and submit the forms by due date. Schools are requested todisplay the enclosed poster on the notice board. Schools arealso requested to send registration of a minimum of 40 studentsfor each Olympiad to conduct the exam. Students shouldregister through their schools only, individual registration bystudents will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY : From Classes 3rd to 10th.

EXAM : All questions are objective (MCQ) type. There is no negotiablemarking.

Non adherence to date may lead to cancellation of exam

RESULT : The results will be declared in approximately 6 weeks time afterreceipt of the answer sheets. Result will be sent to the respectiveschools and will also be displayed on our website.

FEES : A participation fee of Rs.110/- per student per Olympiad tomeet out cost of examination is to be collected by the school.The schools shall retain Rs.10/- per student per Olympiad ofthe fee collected towards the honorarium of the anchorage,and other expenses like postal expenses, DD Charges andphoto copying etc.,

PAYMENT : The payment for registration should be made through Demand Draft

only in favour of Sri Aaryabhatta Mathematics and Science

Society" payable at Palakol.

MATERIAL : As AMO & ASO syllabus is the part of your Academic syllabus,

there is no need of separate material. For AAO the material will be

available in our Website before 30 days of the examination date.

SCHOOLWISE PRIZES : � 1st, 2nd & 3rd Rank Holder of every class of each school will be

awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze medals respectively provided

the topper obtain atleast 50% marks & where atleast 10

participants in respective class.

� All the participants will be awarded with a participation certificate

reflecting their class & olympiad rank

SCHOLARSHIPS

Schools are requested to refer student who is eligible for EBC Scholarship with a recommendation

letter duly attested by head of the Institute. (EBC Scholarship scheme - Rs.5000/- each, Scholarship

upto 100 students.

OMR : Student should correctly fill in all columns of OMR sheet. Incorrect or incomplete information

may lead to disqualification of the student from being ranked.

All disputes are subject to Palakol, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh Jurisdiction only.
