Security will contact the Darden Corporate Security Monitoring Center. In turn, the Director of Operations

and/or SVP may be contacted.

Need Immediate Tyco Integrated Security Service?See The Following Instructions:

In order to place a service call you will need:Step #1:

You will need a “pass code” or “Personal Identification Code”, also known as a

“PIC Code”. Ask your General Manager.

Step #2:

Call 1-800-428-7124. You will be given 2 options:

Option #1 Press if you have had an alarm activation.

Option #2 Press for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Listen to the voice menu.

Press “1” if you want help over the telephone with your system, or

to create a NEW Service Request.

They will issue you a Service Request Number.

Be sure to write it down in your log.

If the Service Department has not shown up within 24 hours, please call the

Tyco Integrated Security Customer Service Representative at the Darden RSC Corp

Security Department at 407-245-5581. Have your Service Request Number ready.

Burglar Alarm Test Instructions

All restaurants are required to conduct a quarterly test of their burglar alarmsystem to ensure perfect working order during an emergency. If your burglaralarm vendor is not Tyco Integrated Security, please contact them for testingprocedures.

Option #1 – Work Order

You can place a work order to have your burglar alarm system tested at theNational Accounts Customer Service # 1-800-428-7124. This option isrequired once per year. This will be a chargeable work order with yourNational Account Rate of $87.00 for the first hour and $21.70 every 15minutes there after. When placing the work order ask for the firstappointment of the date you are requesting. Please retain a copy of theService Ticket for auditing purposes.

Option #2 – Test Instructions

The following slides are instructions how to test your system. On page 4 ofthis document you will find a Test Log to document each time you test yoursystem. If you have any questions please call your Tyco Integrated SecurityOn-Site Project PlanningTeam, Brooke Paul at 407-245-5581 orHulda Capellan at 407-245-4654.

Option #2 - Testing your Burglar Alarm System

Step #1: BEFORE OPENING OR ENTERING RESTAURANT

Call Tyco Integrated Security at 1-800-428-7124 to place the burglar alarm system on test – you will need your Personal Identification Code. If you do not have your PIC Word please contact your RSC On-Site Project Planning Team Brooke Paul at 407-245-5581 or Hulda Capellan at 407-245-4654.

Note: The system may sound for a few minutes and then time out while testingdevices.

Step #2: Enter restaurant (DO NOT DISARM SYSTEM) –Activate all devices

All Perimeter Doors & Office Door (if it has a contact alarm)

All Motion Sensors

All Hold Up / Panic Devices (see comments below)*

NOTE: Not all restaurants have hold up / panic alarms that can be tested by a manager. If your restaurant hold up / panicalarms must be reset with a key then you must place a work order to have your system tested. The Tyco IntegratedSecurity Technician can test the entire alarm system at that time.

Option #2 - Testing your Burglar Alarm System – Continued

Step #3: Make sure that all devices have been restored i.e. doors closed, hold up devices reset.

Step #4: Call Tyco Integrated Security 1-800-428-7124 to see if they received all of the signals that you tested. If there is a discrepancy, place a work order to have the device(s) repaired.

Note: Some systems will have a point to point list of devices. The signals that Tyco Integrated Security receives will be individual signals per device tested. Some systems will not have a point to point list of devices. The signals that Tyco Integrated Security receives will have all of your doors, motions, and hold ups on one signal for each set of devices.

Example: If you have 7 doors that are on zone #5 then Tyco Integrated Security should receive 7 zone #5 signals, etc.

Step #5: While still on the phone with Tyco Integrated Security make sure that all devices have restored, you may then disarm the system, and then remove system from test.
