The DSSSB vide Result Notices No. 496 dated 22/03/2017, 554 dated 09/10/2017 and 721 dated 27/09/2018 had declared the Result of 18 candidates for the Post of Post Graduate Teachers (Political Science) (Female) in Directorate of Education under Post Code 176/14. 2. On receipt of the requisite documents in respect of 01 pending cases (SC-01) and on the basis of the Merit List of Tier II Examination and after preliminary scrutiny of the candidature as per provisions of statutory Recruitment Rules of the Post and the terms and conditions of the Advertisement, the following candidate is provisionally selected to the post of PGT (Political Science) (Female) under Post Code 176/14 subject to consideration and satisfaction of the User Department, if any. The Selection of the above 01 candidates (Se01) shall further be subject to genuineness of the documents on the basis of which they have claimed to have fulfilled all the eligibility conditions as prescribed in the RRs and terms and conditions of the advertisement inviting application and subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, signature/handwriting, etc. on the application form, admission certificate, etc. The Candidature of the above candidates are liable to be cancelled by the user department also, in case the candidates are found not to be fulfilling the terms and conditions of the advertisement inviting applications for the said post code. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue the appointment letters to the candidates after being satisfied about his/her eligibility as laid down in the Recruitment Rules and after verification of the correctness of the information furnished in the application form and the documents related to education qualification, age and other essential certificates as per Government of India instructions issued in this regards vide MHA OM No. 2j29/54-RPS,19/11/54. 1. The DSSSB vide Result Notices No. 496 dated 22/03/2017, 554 dated09/10/2017 and 721 dated 27/09/2018 had declared the Result of 18 candidates forthe Post of Post Graduate Teachers (Political Science) (Female) in Directorate ofEducation under Post Code 176/14.
2. 4. The User Department shall also get the OBC certificates verified from theissuing authority before his /her appointment. Further, in case of OBC Candidates,it may also be verified that the candidate does not belongs to creamy layer of theschedule of Govt. of India, DOPT O. M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt. (SCT) dated08/09/1993 O. M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09/03/2004 and OM No.36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 14/08/2008.
5. The candidature of the candidate is liable to be cancelled by the UserDepartment, in case candidate is found not fulfilling all the eligibility conditions ofthe Recruitment Rules of the Post or any other genuine reason. The decision of theUser Department/ Appointing Authority regarding the eligibility of the candidateshall be the final and binding on the candidate.
6. The User Department shall check the eligibility of the Reservation benefit, ifany. Further, if applicable User Department shall verify the genuineness of the CasteCertificate/ disability Certificate furnished by the candidate prior to issuing offer ofappointment to the candidates.
7. The Competent Authority of the User Department shall arrange to verify thecorrectness of the information/ documents as furnished in the application forms vis-a-vis the Original Documents including the Degree. Further, the AppointingAuthority shall verify these documents and satisfy itself about the authenticity ofdocuments/ certificates before finally appointing the candidates.
8. Validity of Wailing Panel has already been lapsed on 21/03/2018.
9. Mere inclusion of the name of candidate in the result notice does not conferany right upon the candidate over the post unless the appointing authorityis satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that thecandidate is suitable in all respect for appointment to the Post.
10. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, the DSSSBreserves the right to rectify errors and omissions, if any.
11. This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority.
