� Record-high in total sales volume!

� Record-high sales efficiency in direct sales, including units sold per salesperson and per workplace sales

� Stared joint research projects with the Faculty of Medicine, Tohoku University (for uncovering effectiveness on

diabetes) and the School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo (for uncovering physical properties of EHW)
