PRIMARY EXPERIENCE: Freelanced for numerous illustration & design jobs - over 25 years of ads, flyers, logos, catalogs and cartoons and caricatures. (1982-present) Animated in a variety of capacities for American Film Technologies, Inc., of San Diego, primarily re-animating problem scenes, but also inbetweening, final lining, and lip-syncing. Was considered especially adept at facial work in close- up. All work was hand-drawn using proprietary software on specially adapted computers for the Marvel Comics series, "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes." (1991) Designed characters for various projects at G.T.E. Imagitrek, a multi-media producer of entertainment and presentation software. Was praised frequently for creativity and skill. (1990) OTHER EXPERIENCE: Colorized movies for American Film Technologies, Inc., after learning the experience could lead to animation work; was among only 15 applicants chosen from many hundreds of job seekers. During same time frame, taught basic computing skills to disadvantaged children at Girls' Club in Southeast San Diego. (1990) Assisted researchers at Computer Intelligence, Inc., of San Diego, in challenging task of tracking computer hardware purchasing histories of over 100,000 companies; my dedication earned me two promotions in less than a year and a half. (1988-89) Booked reservations for MISTIX, Inc., to California State Parks and Hearst Castle. Was unbeaten in biweekly incentive program to increase hotel reservations in San Simeon area. Was one of six chosen to remain after end of season lay-off of over 500 employees. (1987) EDUCATION: Attended Beloit College in Wisconsin, 1982-1985, majoring in Art. Was considered most likely to succeed by art professor Richard Olsen. Served as President of Delta Tau Rho, a local Beloit College Fraternity. (1983-84) OTHER FACTS: Height: 5'9". . . 190 pounds. . . Feel I am just the right age, height and weight to tackle jobs of any size. . .
