Based on sales' requirements, consideration of new sales coming and previous quote system, the new system would be more flexible and powerful to use, which provides more functions like tracking quote records, tooltips popup for new sales and so on. The new quote system is implemented by using Wordpress and plugins which could satisfy most of the design requirements, future maintenance and modification. And the instruction of how to use and manage has been introduced to my mentor. Currently, no logical errors or bugs has been found, which means the new system works well.
Project management @ SFIA level 3
All projects were managed by Trello, which is a kanban project management tool includes To do, Doing, Done lists. The tasks with the time limit and requirements were assigned to appropriate team members and everyone could track the process of projects. Additionally, team would share resources using this project management tool.
