Nanjing 10660sqm SWA Landscape DesignerTo create a comfortable environment, the landscape of this sales center is composed of four parts: the entry plaza with different heights free-standing walls to define the place; a quiet bamboo path with beautiful sculptures; a mirror pool and a long stone bridge floating in the pool.
Hangzhou 9000sqm Zhengjie Landscape & Architecture Design Institute Project Manager This sales center is located to the west of Hangzhou city and close to Xixi wetland. In order to septerate it with unfriendly surrounded construction sites free-standing walls and bamboo screens are used to define the place as well as introducing a unique facade to the nearby street.
The main building of the sales center is an art deco style club house with spectacular cascading water feature. At the back area of the main building a festival lawn, a linear fountain and a european trellis water features are carefully designed to create french garden style landscape.

Tianjin 99000sqm EDSA Project ManagerThe landscape design proposal for this community uses naturalistic landscape design approach which provides activity lawn, shade structure resting area, children's playground and multifunctional space between buildings. The design has successfully developed a comfortable, beautiful and functionally comprehensive community environment with a limited budget. Also salt tolerant trees and shrubs are carefully selected and planted to create an environmentally friendly sustainable landscape.
Hangzhou 60000sqm ACLA Project ManagerAccording to the symmetry layout of the buildings, a 100-meter water axis is designed in the middle of the community. A series of water features, including fountains, pool, cascade, and waterfall, are carefully designed to create a recognizable community environment. The water depth in the pools is very shallow, so the pools can be used as public plazas in the winter time.
This community consists of 12 high rise residential towers and 36 townhouses will be homes of about 1800 families. Landscape design focuses on how the environment will shape people’s everyday life. A 1500 meter jogging path, a kid’s playground, featured community gardens and centural activity lawn are organized in a manner that all residents share the 8ha picturesque community environment.

Xianghe 35250sqm ACLA Project ManagerThe demonstration section is divided into two parts, an activity park and a recreation park. There are skatepark, play courts and fitness playgrounds in the activity park. The recreation park provides simple open fields, picnic area and waterfront space for the adjacent residential community. Low construction and maintenance cost is crucial for this part. Excavation soil from the adjacent construction site is used to make large landforms, by which the functional space enclosure is integrated with the site storm-water management.

Xianghe 534000sqm SWA Project ManagerThe park provides diverse outdoor activity space to meet recreation, fitness and ecological education demands for users from different age and interest groups. The main features of the park include art pavilion area, wetland and fishing decks, multi-functional rooms in the woods, lotus cabins at eco island, main lake area and east sport activity space.
This riverside park can preserve essential ecological functions while serving as a place for recreation. There is a scenic 5-foot-wide bike trail, perfect for casual riders. Joggers and walkers are also accommodated with this trail and even sections of scenic bike-free wooden dock paths. Underwood playgrounds provides innovative recreational experiences and social enrichment opportunities to local people.
The design principle of Xianghe R&F New Town boulevard is to separate through traffic from local traffic, organize internal traffic and improve static traffic. The main entrance, intersection, community gateway and the entrance area of the sales center locate along the boulevard which creates an interesting landscape spatial experience.
