CELLULAR PHONES!Please turn off all cellular phones during Mass. It is very distracting listening to phones ringing, people an-swering the phone, or texting. People come to church to worship and pray. They shouldn’t have to be disturbed by people using their cell phones.!
BEREAVEMENT GROUP!The Resurrection Bereavement Group is seeking new members. The group has a prayer service at the funeral home of the deceased and attends the funeral Mass/Service. If interested in joining, call the Administrative Office.!
The Resurrection/St. Rita St. Vincent de Paul Conference will be holding a clothing drive the weekend of May 19�20. New and used clean clothing in good condition will be accepted. Donations may be brought to either church before and after Masses that weekend. St. Rita’s donations should be taken to the social hall. Resurrection’s donations can be dropped off at the back of the church.!

God’s hand in our lives doesn’t end in creating us. Throughout our lives God gives us purpose and fills us with the gifts we need to fulfill that purpose. The challenge for us is for us to know ourselves as God knows us. Through prayer and in humility we are invited to see
clearly God’s will for our lives and all he has provided so that his will and our lives may be complete. God hasn’t randomly or thoughtlessly placed us in this world to create a reality for ourselves. He has sent us into the world with specific task in mind that we might love others and build up his kingdom in the Church, making it ever more Alive!
