A great BIG thank you goes out to all who participated in last
week’s Vacation Bible School! We had 187 participants and
over 100 crew gather together to learn the many ways Jesus
rescues us. They played games, watched skits, sang songs, made
crafts, had yummy snacks, made new friends, and had so much
fun learning about Jesus’ love for us! Thank you again to all
who helped make this year’s VBS a huge success!

Spiritual Response
Life Groups are forming at Resurrection
and everyone is invited to join a group or
start a group! A Life Group brings people together to connect with each other and
to nurture a growing relationship with
God. Here are some frequently asked
questions about Life Groups.
Why would I want to join a “Life Group?”
The reasons are varied. However, by joining a Life Group you might just have
fun, meet new and interesting people, learn something about yourself, and pos-
sibly expand your spiritual resume.
How are the topics of discussion determined for the Life Group to
study?
There are many ways for a Life Group to choose a topic of discussion. A Life
Group leader can suggest a topic, the group as a whole, or an individual within
the group.
Do topics of discussion for study need to be approved by Resurrec-
tion?
Yes. Topics need to be submitted to the Life Group and approved by Pastor
Tim.
