Sheila Swangler, previously the Director of Volunteers Services at Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster, California, oversaw an adult and teen volunteer program, as well as, two gift shops and a thrift shop.Sheila is a Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA) and has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing.Sheila is on the Board of Director's of Volunteers in Agency - Los Angeles (DOVIA-LA) and Southern California Association of Directors of Volunteers Services (SCADVS).Sheila has used her experience as a volunteer manager and her education in marketing to bring fresh new ideas to the basic fundamentals of managing volunteers and retail shops.
