PRIOR TO THEPRECONSTRUCTION MEETING THE ENGINEER SHALL PROVIDE SEVEN COPIES OF THE FINAL APPROVEDSITE PLAN TO THE PLANNING DIVISION FOR ENDORSEMENT BY THE CITY ENGINEER AS "APPROVED FORCONSTRUCTION".

10. REFER TO CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEETS FOR ALL APPLICABLE SITE DETAILS.

11. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ENGINEERS IMMEDIATELY IF SITE CONDITIONS DIFFER FROM WHAT ISSHOWN ON PLAN.

12. REFER TO G-1 SHEET FOR GENERAL NOTES AND LEGEND.

13. UPON PROJECT COMPLETION CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AS-BUILT DRAWINGS SURVEYED ON NHSTATE PLAN COORDINATES AND NAVD 88 DATUM SUBMITTED IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT FOR INCLUSIONINTO THE CITY OF CONCORD GIS DATABASE.

14. NO CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR ANY BUILDING OR USE SHALL BE ISSUED UNTIL ALL PUBLICIMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE CITY ENGINEER.

15. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL APPLY FOR AN EXCAVATION PERMIT (AVAILABLE FROM ENGINEERINGSERVICES) PER CITY ORDINANCE ARTICLE 5-1-4 FOR WORK WITHIN THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY OR ON CITYOWNED PROPERTY. CONTACT THE CITY OF CONCORD ENGINEERING SERVICES PRIOR TOCONSTRUCTION TO APPLY FOR THE PERMIT.

16. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL APPLY FOR A DRIVEWAY PERMIT (AVAILABLE FROM ENGINEERING SERVICES)PER CITY ORDINANCE 5-1-8 TO REPAIR, WIDEN, RECONSTRUCT OR CONSTRUCT A DRIVEWAY.

17. THE SITE IS NOT LOCATED WITHIN A REGULATORY FLOODPLAIN.

18. A TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN (TTC) WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL WORK IN AND ADJACENT TOLOUDON ROAD. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT THE TTC TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO BEGINNING WORK.PROVISIONS FOR TEMPORARY ACCESSIBLE PEDESTRIAN ROUTES SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE DESIGN.

19. THE APPLICANT HAS REQUESTED A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW OFFSITE PARKING ANDSTACKING PURSUANT TO SECTION 28-7-11(A)20.

20. THE APPLICANT HAS REQUESTED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW LESS THAN 200 FEET BETWEENDRIVEWAYS AND TO ALLOW TWO DRIVEWAYS WHERE FRONTAGE IS ONLY SUFFICIENT FOR ONEPURSUANT TO SECTION 28-7-11(F)20.

21. THE APPLICANT HAS REQUESTED A WAIVER TO SECTION 16.03 OF THE SITE PLAN REGULATIONSREQUIRING ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND ELEVATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED RESTAURANT AND BANK.

22. A 7 FOOT RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT ALONG THE ENTIRE LOUDON ROAD FRONTAGE WILL BE GRANTED TOTHE CITY. THE APPLICANT REQUESTS A CREDIT BE APPLIED TO THE IMPACT PURSUANT TO SECTION29.2-1(E) OF THE IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE.
