Content• Select rich tasks that allow students to go much deeper with the content.• Varied and interesting applications• Learn other algorithms –know why they work • Extend the topic to exponents • Rather than flying through the same easy stuff the regular students will be doing in three weeks and then moving on to another topic.

Intermediate & Middle School Mathematics Pathways

Enriched Math 4 & 5 –Math Resource Binders have been created for all Enriched Mathematics Teachers.

Math 6H –Math Resource Binders will be created & provided for all Math 6H teachers.

Math 7H – This course will include all 7th grade Next Generation Standards plus 15 8th grade Next Generation Standards.

Math 8H – This will be an enriched mathematics course that is not as rigorous as the Math I-8. All 8th grade Next Generation Standards will be included.

Math I-8 – This is a rigorous mathematics course for a select group of middle school students. This course will include all High School Math I Next Generation Standards and the additional 13 Next Generation Standards from the 8th grade curriculum.
