Drake Motor Inn Drake Motor Inn, parked just down the street from Drake Devonshire and Wellington’s stunning lakefront, is our nostalgic nod to the classic roadside motel. Drake Motor Inn has 12 playful individual + shareable guest rooms with a private outdoor area attached to every room, and two common spaces equipped with board games to debrief + hang out.

Enjoy snacks + shoppables from the world’s only Drake vending machine, gather around the firepit + soak in a sky full of stars and come snowflake season, take a whirl on our skating rink. Drake Motor Inn is dog friendly, so Rover’s welcome too (we even have “woof beds” for borrow). Capture the memories + all the laughs with complimentary vintage Polaroid cameras.

Our menus change to reflect the best of local ingredients and ev-erything on our menus is made entirely from scratch. Chat with our culinary experts to establish the perfect menu to suit every palette.

PRIVATE DINING

Drake Devonshire’s Glassbox, Pavilion + Main Dining Room are the perfect destinations for a unique, private dining experience for up to 65 seated guests.

We also offer non-private group dining for large parties to enjoy year-round within our raised lounge, main dining room, and in warmer weather, on our lakefront patio and Creekside kitchen.

Note: We don’t believe in a rental fee, and simply ask to meet a minimum spend in food and drink to take over the space of your choosing. The minimum spend is determined by the day of the week and length of time you wish to join us for.
