Introduction
• Marble slurry is usually produced during
– Cutting
– Grinding
– Polishing
– Crushing etc
of marble during processing.
• This waste is usually dumped in land fill or on open places (creating environmental issues as well).

As the slurry contains Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) it can be used in many industries like:
• Construction – Mosques
– Ornaments
– Decorative Designs
– Palaces or even Homes
• Cement – Binder
• Cosmetics
• Soda Lime

Equipment Required for Production Setup
• Mechanical Mixer/Stirring – For mixing raw materials homogenously
• Mold Machine – To apply mixture in molding for required dimension and design
• Pressing Machine – For compacting the mixture in the mold it will help in good strength
• Grinding Machine – For polishing/making the surface clean
• Water Baths for Curing – For curing the finished tile/brick
