It happened in those days that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee and was baptized in the Jordan by John. On coming up out of the water he saw the heavens being torn open and the Spirit, like a dove, descending upon him. And a voice came from the heavens, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.”
NICENE CREED I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible. I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages. God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; through him all things were made. St. Vincent de Paul would like to extend well wishes to all for a healthy and happy New Year in 2021. We are so grateful for our very generous parishioners, and we thank you for your ongoing support. During the year 2020, St. Vincent de Paul provided food for 369 families, totaling 1004 people. Our cupboards are low and in need of the following items: spam, canned chicken, canned tuna, boxed cereal, canned soup, spaghetti sauce, spaghetti noodles, canned ravioli, hamburger helper, boxed potatoes, rice, rice sides, ra-men noodles, canned vegetables, canned fruit, peanut butter, jam/jelly, detergent, hand soap, deodorant, toothpaste, paper towels, and toilet tissue. “Love is a fruit in season at all times, and within reach of every hand.” … St. Teresa of Calcutta
