SUMMARY

Sudbury Contact Mines Ltd. is involved in the exploration of a eight unit claim block in Morrisette township called the V Property totalling eight claim blocks and 2520 acres. The exploration projects carried out are oriented towards diamond and gold.

During the winter of 1995, a reverse circulation drilling program consisting of twenty holes, positionned approximately 500 metres apart along three east-west fences, was executed.

The total kimberlite indicator mineral counts encountered in the results are generally low to non-existant throughout the property.

Gold grain counts are found throughout the property. The sampled material is characterized by reshaped and modified gold grains. These weak gold results would suggest a distal gold source.

W.A. HUBACHECK CONSULTANTS LTD.

INTRODUCTION

The V property is comprised of eight unpatented claim blocks totalling 2520 acres.

The property was acquired in April 1993 as a diamond prospect. Summary mapping was executed (claim line mapping) in June and Jury 1993.

During the winter of 1995, twenty circulation holes were drilled on the property . This report describes the results encountered during mis drilling program.

Samples were taken of till material. Processing to recover sand and silt size gold and kimberlite indicator minerals from these samples was done by Overburden Drilling Management

The coordination and implementation of the various technical tasks was conducted by W.A.Hubacheck Consultants Ltd. under the supervision of P. Hubacheck, D. Christie and M. Plasse.

W.A. HUBACHECK CONSULTANTS LTD.

PROPERTY AND PROJECT AREA DESCRIPTION

The property consists of eight claim blocks totalling 2520 acres in Morrisette township, Larder Lake Mining Division.

LOCATION AND ACCESS

The claims are located in the norm-west quadrant of Morrisette township, approximately 13 km north of the town of Kirkland Lake. Access to the west portion of the property is possible by a gravel road originating from the Kirkland Lake airport road. During the summer, access to the eastern portion of the property is best accomplished by boat along the Black River from the norm.

REGIONAL GEOLOGY

The Morrisette township is underlain by Archean volcanic rocks characteristic of the "Abitibi belt" which were affected. Intermediate and felsic volcanic rocks predominate in the area.

The property itself is underlain by pillowed to massive intermediate to felsic flows (calc-alcaline dacites) of the Blake River Assemblage. The intermediate flows trend 300 degrees and pillows are northeast facing with fracturing generally north- south trending. The pillows are locally vesicular and amygduloidal.

Pleistocene deposits consist of sand, gravel and till deposited on the Precambrian surface during the retreat of the Wisconsinan ice. A north-northwest trending esker is present to the west of die property (Airport esker).

Structurally, northwest-southeast trending faults transect the southern portion of the township.

REVERSE CIRCULATION DRILLING

METHODOLOGY

The following figures help to illustrate die methodology of the Reverse Circula-tion Drilling technique. The purpose of sampling certain glacial materials is to locate the portions of ore-bodies mat have been eroded by glaciation and distributed in a "train" down-ice of the ore-body.

Glacial action has reduced much of the material to sand and silt size, and it is grains of this size fraction which are examined in a laboratory for gold, sulphides and other minerals indicative of potentially economic deposits. Coarser material (gravel size and boulder chip material) can be examined and described at the drill by a geologist.

Case histories, Quaternary geological studies, and glacial studies all provide a data base which can be used to interpret the mineralogical results from a reverse circulation drilling program.

The most important material to sample during a reverse circulation program is commonly termed till. Till is poorly sorted debris which in most situations has travelled directly down-ice along the bottom of the glacier and has been smeared along bedrock surfaces, filling depressions and valleys. Basal till is the till lying directly on bedrock. Minerals found in this type of material can, theoretically, be traced by their relative abundance and morphology directly back up-ice to their source.

Unfortunately, till can be reworked or redeposited by water as well as rafted by ice flows, and caused to flow along paleoslopes, causing misinterpretations. Thus a large database is important for defining patterns based on numerous data points rather than single "spot highs".

In addition to glacial material, chips of bedrock are obtained at each drill hole location, making this a valuable mapping/prospecting tool in areas of poor bedrock exposure.

TOPOGRAPHY

V property is characterized by a flat spruce and alder covered terrain with large bedrock knolls.

The Black River meanders north-south across the eastern portion of the property.

SAMPLING RESULTS

A brief description of hole stratigraphy is given below. In general, only material interpreted to be till or esker gravel were sampled during this program. Material weights and grain counts indicate die amount of sample processed and subsequent recovery of gold and kimberlite indicator mineral grains. Several consecutive samples may be included in these numbers. Individual sample results are found in the RC drill log and processing data sheet appendices.

The background gold grain population for the property was evaluated to be 5 reshaped gold grains per sample. Samples containing more man 16 reshaped gold grains (mean * 2 standard deviations) or pristine gold grains are considered anomalous.

CONCLUSIONS

1) Total kimberlite indicator mineral counts are generally low to non-existant throughout the property. The results encountered can be considered negligeable; suggesting the presence of no kimberlites in the immediate area up-ice of the V property.

2) Gold grain counts found throughout the property are weak and characterized by reshaped and modified gold grains. The gold grain results obtained on the property reflects the background gold grain count in the till of me area and a possible distal gold source ^10 km).

RECOMMENDATIONS

The results obtained during the reverse circulation drilling program executed on the V property warrants no further work to be undertaken on this property.
