The NHS wants to give you the right treatment, in the right place at the right time.

But some treatments do not help some patients very much.

So we want to make sure we provide the most suitable treatment to the right people.

We need to make sure NHS money is spent wisely and fairly.

We are 7 NHS clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) who have joined together to do this.

We look after the health care for people living in Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Southport and Formby, South Sefton, St Helens and Warrington.

We are working with other doctors and nurses to get this right.

We are following advice from the government.

We are asking everyone living in our areas what they think of the changes we want to make.

Rules for how treatments are offered to patients are in policies.

We are looking at more than 100 different policies.
