Define: With a chalk, draw a small circle (approximately4” in diameter) at the the left quadrant of the serve area.

TMeasure: Practice your serve by hitting several tennis balls with the goal of hitting inside the target circle. After serving 6 balls, count how many balls landed inside the T circle, in percentage.

Control: How well you have your good serves determines your capability to control. Measure this as a percentage. Then keep practicing until your percentage has improved.

Raise your serve to the next level by drawing a 3”-diameter T circle.
And then repeat the same DMAIC process.
