KIP Rewards Terms & Conditions • The KIP Rewards promotion is a limited time offer available to KIP Partners.

• Registered participants who sell a qualifying product during the promotion period will earn the KIP Reward cash or gift card of their choice.

• New orders May 1 - 31, 2021 qualify.

• The KIP Rewards promotion is applicable only for new KIP 70 Series, Color Series, KIP 720 Scan, KIP 2300 Scan & KIPFold 2800 products. KIP Promo-Zone systems do not qualify.

• There is no limit to the number of systems that can be purchased during the KIP Rewards promotion May 1 - 31, 2021. Orders received for qualifying product(s) by 5:00 pm EST on the final day of the promotional period, will qualify for the promotional reward. All orders must be shipped or picked up within (10) days from the order date to qualify.

• Complete the online claim form at www.kip.com/rewards. The form must be completed in its entirety in order to ensure receipt of your KIP Rewards selection in a timely manner after each qualifying product purchase.

• No rewards will be processed until a valid claim has been completed.

• Claims for eligible products must be submitted online within 60 days of the invoice date to qualify.

• A valid email address must be provided for the reward to be sent. KIP is not responsible for E-Gift card rewards once they have been emailed to the address provided on the submission form.

• Submit one claim form per qualifying product purchase. Multiple product purchases on a single purchase order qualify for multiple KIP Rewards. Example: Single KIP invoice, with two qualifying units: (1) KIP 70 Series system = 1 Reward and one KIP 600 Series system = 1 Reward. Two claims should be made against this invoice generating two individual KIP Rewards.

• For gift card rewards allow up to ten business days once a valid claim has been submitted to receive the KIP Rewards.

• The KIP Rewards promotion cannot be combined with any other KIP discount or promotions unless otherwise stated.

• Any product(s) returned to KIP America for Partner credit will be subject to a penalty in the amount of the promotional KIP Rewards claim.

• KIP reserves the right to discontinue or amend the KIP Rewards promotion at any time without notice.
