RFID Based Attendance and Access

Control Systems

What is RFID Attendance System? Ensuring the All Students Contactless and Automate the Attendance System is one of the Greatest Challenge in Organizations Today: 1. More Efficient than Bar-codes/Contact-full Attendance 2. Reduces Manual Handling Errors in Attendance 3. Improve Attendance Management Process 4. Improve the Accuracy of Attendance 5. Provide Security to the Organization 6. Reduce Time to Take Attendance

We take this opportunity to introduce to you The RFID Based Attendance Management System which automate the contract full or manual/traditional way of attendance of Students and make the relevant data or information available on Desktop/ PC with complete feature and functionality of reporting that it enable to view & manage their Students attendance smoothly.

How Does RFID Work?

There are a Number of Types of RFID Cards Using Slightly Different Technology within them to Communicate with a Reader.

An RFID Card will Usually Contain an Aerial and a Microchip. Some will Contain a Battery but most will not. All RFID uses Radio Frequency to Communicate, Some Operate on High Frequency and Some on Ultra High Frequency. The Main Difference is the read range/frequency the Signal can Travel, UHF Travels Faster than of HF/Thumb. There are also Both Powered and Passive RFID Cards, put Simply, Powered Cards have a Battery and can Send a Signal Further, Passive has no Battery and Generates Charge from the Radio Signal it Receives from the Reader, its Signal is not as Strong and Therefore doesn’t harm any more.

Benefits to RFID Based Access Control and Attendance Systems

Only One Card can Solve Your Multiples Problem. RFID Automatic Attendance help to Reduce

Rush/Gathering for Attendance in Entry & Exit Point.

RFID UHF Cards use for Multiple Task i.e. Entry/Exit, Access Control in Premises and Canteen and restricted area.

Reduced Time and Labor for Checking-In and Checking-Out of Students.

Significant Reduction in Time Spent Doing Attendance Related Task and Verification. RFID Contact less card is helpful in maintaining

and assuring social distancing as is required as per current pandemic scenario.

RFID Card Reduced Time Spent Searching for Missing Attendance of Students.

RFID Reduce time in classroom Attendance without Stress/Headache.

RFID Card provide Hassel Free Transition in Canteen During Peak Hours.

Lesser deployment of Staff at the Entry/Exit Point During a Busy Period.

Less Maintenance Cost Due to Lifetime Guarantee of RFID Cards.

Faster, Easier and Convenient to Use. Shorter Waiting Time in cafeteria at lunch time. Higher Availability of Attendance Data/Record Due to Faster Report.

System Components

RFID UHF Fixed Reader: The UHF Reader Received the Data/Information Automatically as Card come in Range and Sends the Data/Information to PC or Server.

Frequency: 860-960MHz

Protocol-ISO 18000 6C EPC Class 1 Gen 2

Operation: -30°C to +75°C

Support : RS232, RS485, TCP/IP

Support Auto-Running, Interactive and Trigger-Activating Work Mode

RFID UHF Desktop Reader: The UHF Desktop Reader is used for Tagging, in which Mapping of the RFID Tags with Employees Ids is Being Done.
