Regarding Communications structured cabling. a) Are there any speaker locations besides the bathrooms that are hardlid? b) In the RFP documents it is stated that El Rio will provide 2 post racks and wire management. Does that include the horizontal wire management as well? c) Are wrap around labels required behind the faceplates and patch panels? d) Does the cabling need to be plenum rated? A. I am including the Ceiling plans, this should answer this question B. El Rio will provide the 2-post rack and vertical cable management. We will not be using horizontal wire management C. Wrap around labels are not required, cables need to be marked and wrap around labels are preferred D. Riser cable will be used at this building 2. F.III.a-Will El Rio supply the contractor with AutoCAD backgrounds for their use in documentation? Yes 3. F.VII.b- The completion penalty clause calls for a 50% penalty per working day post agreed completion date. Is this correct? .5% per working day 4. F.VIII.a Will El Rio also supply and install the rack and cable management on the 2 nd floor IDF? Yes we will provide and install the rack and vertical cable management in the MDF and IDF 5.
