Join us on Wednesday, January 22 nd at 7:00 p.m. as Jim Flanagan of Bentron Financial Group conducts an interactive presentation focused on determining retirement eligibility and retirement planning. A River Forest native, Mr. Flanagan has written a recent book entitled Packing for Retirement: A Comprehensive Guide for People 50-70 Planning for Retirement and has taught retirement planning courses at Triton College. Registration is required. Please call the library at 708-453-4484 or drop in to register. Book Club The River Grove Book Club is looking for more members to join their group. Can You Afford to Retire?

Join us on Wednesday, January 22nd at 7:00 p.m. as Jim Flanagan of Bentron Financial Group conducts an interactive presentation focused on determining retirement eligibility and retirement planning. Cozy Up & Read!

It’s the perfect time of year to Cozy Up & Read! The River Grove Library will once again be offering a Winter Reading Program for adults ages 18 and up.

For every book, magazine, graphic novel or audio book that is read January 6th through February 22nd, participants have the option of stopping by the library and having their names entered into a weekly drawing. Participants have a chance to win gift certificates to Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Subway, Noodles & Company and more!

No registration necessary -- just stop by the library and grab a reading log. The River Grove Public Library is located at 8638 W. Grand Avenue in River Grove. Please contact librarian Marissa at 708-453-4484 with any questions.
