She has over 25 years experience as a business consultant.

She was co-founder of JIF, an investment/development

advisory service with links to venture capitalist groups,

investment bankers, underwriters and other business service

providers. Beyla focuses on existing and new Bio-tech

January 2014 – Today - “Rhenium” – VP Marketing and Sales

Rhenium is a privately owned company and one of the largest Israeli instrumentation and

reagent suppliers for Biotech, Diagnostic and Research markets. Rhenium was established

25 years ago and today represents leading companies such as Thermo, Life Technologies,

GE, Beckman Coulter, Leica Molecular Devices and more.

Rhenium has more than 70 employs with annual revenues of around 40M$.

Under me today I have 40 employees and I am responsible for the company's Sales,

marketing and customer support and service.

2012-2014 – “Aptateck Bio” - CEO

AptaTeck bio is an Israeli diagnostics biotechnology startup company developing a unique

and innovative “Signal Enhancement” platform technology. The company had 12

employees when I Joined and was finalizing the R&D phase going into product

commercialization.

I was responsible for leading the finalization of product development and go to market:

- Managing the R&D team

- Developing and executing business strategy

- Locating and contacting potential partners and customers

- Managing the technology commercialization and licensing

- Coordinate and synchronize R&D strategy and market needs

2008 - 2012 – “DNR Bio-Imaging Systems” - VP marketing and Business Development

DNR Bio-Imaging Systems is a private medical device company that for the last 18 years

has developed manufactures and market imaging solutions for the medical, biotech and

I led DNR’s marketing, Sales and Business development department. I had 5 employees

under my supervision and was managing more than 60 distributors around the globe. In

the last four years I was directly involved in all aspects of the company, developing and

leading DNR’s growth:

• Increasing DNR’s distribution network from 20 distributors to more than 60 all around

the globe

• Setting up a daughter company in Hong Kong with a strategic partner to handle the

Far East sales and operation.
